Excellent, and great taste!
I really like the flavor and half the sodium than others. It’s great for day hikes or working put in the heat.I did a hike in the dunes at Death Valley in the late after noon last February, Thorne electrolytes saved me.The Watermelon is delish!!!

Solid hydration support with clean ingredients and good flavor
I used these Thorne hydration/electrolyte packets regularly when I was pregnant & continue to use them when breastfeeding and I need a quick hydration boost. They mix easily in water, don’t leave clumps, and the flavors are amazing, especially the blood orange.What I like most:Hydration & electrolyte balance: I notice less fatigue which tells me it’s doing its job.Clean formulation: Zero sugar and minimal ingredients make this feel like a healthier choice compared to energy drinks.Convenient single-serve packetsA bit pricey compared to Ultima hydration packets but i feel the benefits of Thorne more.Overall: Great hydration support with a clean, refreshing formula — perfect for workouts, travel, pregnancy, postpartum or everyday hydration. Would recommend if you want something more than plain water but less sugar than typical sports drinks. You can also add sparkling water to them if you want a bubbly but not a soda (:

Great Quality and Taste
I found out through some bloodwork that I needed to uptick my electrolyte intake… these have been a godsend. They taste great and are much more affordable than the LMNT’s of the world. Have gotten family members on these and will continue to purchase.

Stevia Overload, So Sweet
I have tried a lot of brands of electrolyte mix, and this by far is the worst tasting, we got a variety pack and both my wife and I tried different flavors and immediately were like “this is gross”, we looked at the packaging to check if it had sugar because they taste and look like if you poured a fun dip into water – we even tried to further dilute it to improve the flavoring to no avail, now my water bottle still has a hint of watermelon flavoring despite being on its 4th refill is how potent these things are.

Cleaner electrolytes
These are my favorite electrolytes. They taste good without being too salty. I love the watermelon. My kids drink them for sports and they like all the flavors. It has less junk in it than others.

Decent product but flavors are not for me.
I love other products from Throne so I thought I would add this to the list. The watermelon flavor is decent, probably 3.5-4/5 stars. It’s more diluted compared to LMNT packets, which isn’t a bad thing- just depends what you’re looking for. However, the Blood Orange and Lime Mango are 1-2/5 stars. I had to make myself finish both. I will likely not be repurchasing this product.

I love Thorne products, but these were awful. They tasted like pure salt, and the flavors were off-putting. Sadly, I couldn’t return them because of the policy. They went in the trash after trying each of the flavors.
