Fantastic back support
I am so glad I found this. I ordered the black one, and having tried it, now I’ve gone back and ordered another black and one of each of the other colors. I had back surgery a bit over a year ago, and am continuing to recover. I’ve worn a TLSO brace ever since, and am now ready for something lighter weight and less bulky. This is absolutely perfect. It can be worn as an undergarment (or alone, I guess, if you just want a tank) without making you look like a tank (pun intended). I bought a size up…I’m normally a women’s US size 14, which converts to a large on the size chart. But I read the reviews and decided to try the XL first. It is a perfect quite snug fit, and it supports my back as I move around. It doesn’t get in the way of sitting, and my back is less sore wearing it. It has a good length to it, with grippy stuff on the bottom, so it doesn’t ride up. Compared to wearing a camisole with my bulky brace over it and then another shirt to hide it, it is much cooler in our hot southwestern temperature. It is definitely helping me feel more like myself, which can only help with recovery. I will still wear my heavy brace when I’m going to be out and about in areas where people might bump into me and throw off my balance, but otherwise, this will be my go to support device. I’m sure you could wear it for support while exercising as well, and it would be great. I can’t recommend this enough.

Great top for full back activities
This top is amazing for supporting your back. I was so happy with how well it worked I bought another! I wear it hiking and cycling/Mtn bike riding. It is really tight to get on and off, but that’s because of the great support on your entire back it provides. I had picked this one because it is longer than any others-It covers your whole back down to your hip flexors. I’m so happy I chose this one. Order your size but know it will be tight & snug.Comfort:Tight getting it on but very comfortable all day.

Thank you Tommy Copper. This tank top is great for my back pain. Will order another one. Compression feels great. I ordered one size up. Still fits very snug. Very easy to get on and off. Washed it and came out like new. Very well made.

incredible for my chronic joint pain
Best compression tank I have ever worn. I have bought a second despite how much they cost. I have a connective tissue disorder and many other related issues that give me chronic inflammation in my lower torso, including pelvic floor dysfunction. This tank lowers my pain so much, I literally wear out everyday. The panels in the back give me so much support and help my posture immensely. The compression is the perfect level. Tight enough to offer substantial support but not so tight that I’m uncomfortable. I wear them for 8+ hours almost everyday. I have chronic bloating and these tanks help with that a lot. I also really like the chest support. Many women’s compression tanks either offer no support in the chest at all or have built in bras. This tank has slightly less restrictive compression in the chest than the waist (this also l;ikly depends on your body shape) but no chest support past that. I like to wear a compressive sports bra without a waist ban (targeted compression displaces my ribs) under my tank and it gives me the perfect level of support, which also really helps my back.My only negative opinion is the lack of consistency with the prices. I’ve bought two of the black xl shirts for about $40, but other colors of the xl are around $60. Why? I know stock comes into place, but on tommy coppers own website all of the shirts are around $40. Shirts in different sizes also have this problem on amazon. If not for the price discrepancies I would rate it 5/5. If you’re on the fence about buying it because of the price, maybe keep your eye on the price for a couple weeks, as they seem pretty unstable. But even with the price issues I would still recommend the tops. The quality is incredible and I expect these will last me at least a year of daily use. Definitely worth at least $40.

Support is there but………
I used this product to support my back and it worked well enough. It supported my back and made the almost constant pain much more manageable. However, removing the garment was nearly impossible. I had to wait for someone to come home to help me and even then it was hard to take off. There needs to be a zipper or something

It does provide proper support and stays in place
I have tried other Support tanks and this one is my favorite. I’ve bought four total. I use them every day. They do not write up at all. They stay nice tucked all day.
