A bit confusing, but good value
This scale has a lot going for it, but the power source for the scale is confusing. It comes with 2 AAA batteries and a USB cable. I saw comments that said it is not rechargeable and has to be plugged in, but mine works with no batteries or cable.What is confusing is that there is no charge indicator or battery level indication. Plug it in to USB and there is no light indicating charging. Nothing changes on the display and there is no way to tell if it’s actually charging or how much charge remains.That said, it does work without batteries or cable plugged in, so it is indeed rechargeable.Beyond the power, it’s a pretty nice little scale. It seems accurate (at least enough for my needs) and the display is bright with good contrast, and it’s easy to read. The stainless platform makes it a breeze to clean.The standout feature for me is the amount that it will weigh; 22 pounds or 10kg makes it so much more useful than many that top out at 5 pounds.Even with the vague recharging situation, at $11.99 at the time of review, this is a solid value.

I really like that this scale can be powered either by USB-C charging or AAA batteries. That flexibility is a big plus, especially since I have the backup option of batteries if the internal rechargeable one ever stops holding a charge.It is small and lightweight, but still feels accurate and reliable. I have been using it for weighing small packages for shipping, and it has worked very well for that. The front buttons are simple and make it easy to switch between modes and functions. Considering the accuracy, features, and overall build, the price feels very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a compact and dependable scale.

Good quality and good price
This is a nice kitchen scale. I got it with no scratches or dents. This scale is nice and lightweight. It has a low profile so it fits in a drawer nicely. The size is still good though and is big enough for most bowls and plates or large food items. This is super easy to use, all the buttons are labeled clearly and the scale is very easy to figure out. You can charge this by USB-C or batteries. Regular batteries though, not the coin kind, so much more easy on the wallet. This charges very fast and it is super easy to charge. You do get decent use out of it before needing to charge again. The accuracy is great. I have 3 other similar scales as well as a commercial size one and this is just as accurate, if not more accurate than 2 of the scales. Would get this again if I needed to replace it. Would recommend. Good quality and good price.

As far as the scale itself goes: it’s fine. It’s compact. It charges fast via USB-C. It shows as accurate when comparing to other digital scales. It is as easy to operate and is similar to controls as any of its other cousins that you’ve used.Where I’ll beat the product up a bit in review is in the fact that the product photography that the seller uses is false: this is a BLUE scale and not a scale in a naked brushed steel color as advertised. Further, it arrived with the surface scratched up a good bit. It had the static-cling layer of protective plastic over it but that didn’t seem to help protect it from scratches given to it from all directions before it reached me. It’s too bad.Because of the above, I cannot recommend or back this product’s quality control, or the honesty of the seller.
