Quality glass it’s thick and durable
This product was made with glass that was thick enough to be durable, the handle was all glass super thick. Very easy to clean because it had a wide mouth on it and the outer protection can be removed. I had bought so many different kind of glass containers, and this was the best because of the number of ounces it held, the ease of cleaning due to its wide mouth and because of how durable the glass is. I like to shake it and it does leak if you shake it up and down so I cover the tiny hole that’s on top with my finger and it’s fine otherwise there is no leakage noted during pouring.. I also like the top that has two openings to choose from. One is for free flowing, and the other is to stop any ice cubes from flowing into the glass. It is an exceptionally well made item. To add it was very well packaged to prevent any damage during transit.. it looks beautiful.

Not for one-handed drinking
Pictured: RO water spiked with cranberry juice.The great:-Aesthetics-Capacity-Solid and reassuring build quality-Minimal plastic, including a silicone spout.-Pressure release outlet allows for fast chugging without compromising the cap’s leakproof quality-Comfortable carry handle-Extremely easy to cleanCould be better:-Cap is not knurled or rubberized, meaning a solid one-handed grip is not really possible unless you have unusual grip strength.-Nowhere on the side to grip single-handed. I would’ve paid a good deal extra for a bottle with a pitcher or mug-style handle.Nitpicks:-cap button is a little too responsive. I prefer not to use the locking feature unless I’m traveling in which case I’d use my stainless steel bottle anyway.-properly aligning cap threads on the first try isn’t that easy.-Silicone cover window didn’t align with tightened cap out of the box. Easy to fix.-No insulation. I prefer my water at room temperature anyway because I drink more that way.I’m a 160lb adult male and I need higher than average water intake. I make that quota by chugging once an hour when my watch chimes. Before I used an insulated stainless steel 64oz bottle but I wanted a bit more capacity and better aesthetics. I was hoping the 84oz size would be easier for one-handed chugging but that didn’t pan out. If you’re like me and you enjoy this bottle’s aesthetic, cap solution, appreciate fewer refills, and can accept two-handed use then I’d recommend going for the 100oz.Edit: I added some CatTongue grips to the cap and it’s much better now, but still too difficult to drink out of one-handed until it gets about half empty. In hindsight I’m glad I went with black as the grips blend in better.

Good bottle with some plastic inside the bamboo lid
Great bottle. Seems solid and well made.However, if you are looking at one of these in an attempt to avoid plastics, well…… The “bamboo lid” is only Bamboo on the OUTSIDE. The inside (top and threads) is some unknown plastic with a silicone ring to create the seal.They could have just covered the entire inside circle with silicone. But instead, the plastic is exposed to the liquid inside. So it is basically a 95% reduction in plastic exposure instead of 100%.Hopefully it will be resolved in future versions.

Hydration to the Max
I love the wide mouth for putting water into it. I love the fact that you have the option to use a straw or not. The sturdy handle makes it easy to carry. I also purchased 1 for my husband. The best part about it is that it’s glass and I don’t have to refill it throughout the day when I am sitting at my desk. The locking mechanism for the lid is a nice touch as well. I find it to be very durable due to the silicone surrounding it.

Not leak proof
This bottle is not leak proof. I love that it has a wider drinking straw as compared to the similar Mukoko brand, however, even if a little water splashes around inside, you will get water back flowing and spilling out the top when it is opened. I am going to return this and go re-purchase the Mukoko instead.

Loving my glass water bottle a year later!
I love my water bottle & take it everywhere! I’ve tried stainless bottles before, to not drink toxins from plastic, but my water tasted like metal. I’m happy I found this glass water bottle with protective silicone on the outside. The bottle never leaks, I can put it in my gym bag with no worries. I’ve had it for probably a year now & just leaving this review!
