Definitely Non-slip
These work very well for fast food. I had a pair of shoes that claimed to be non sleep and they didn’t work. These ones are the real deal. I do not slide or fall at work. They are lightweight, comfortable, and fit well. Also seems pretty breathable as well. Definitely worth the price.

The non-slip sole complies perfectly I have wet floors and I have noticed that it maintains a firm grip, I feel stable walking or standing, even when I clean the floor or there are spills. I love that they are adjustable and feel super comfortable. They are not the most expensive on the market, and for what they offer safety, durability they totally justify the investment

Not breathable or waterproof.
I bought these because I needed something that would last me a good few months until I could buy a better pair of work shoes. I knew these weren’t going to be great, but they were worse than I thought. They are already falling apart after only a couple of months use. The sole is coming off. They aren’t waterproof. Water keeps getting into my shoes and they are not breathable at all, so my feet stay damp all day. If you have sweaty feet that’ll be an issue for you, too. The fit is fine, but I would recommend trying another affordable shoe. The only pro is they’re not super uncomfortable, but I can’t say they’re super comfortable, either. They are non slip on some surfaces (like laminate flooring), but I have almost slipped a few times on our new work floor which I believe is some kind of resin/epoxy?

Good kitchen shoes
Love these shoes. Easy to spray off whe dirty. Comfy all shift long. Good price point. Easy to put on and quality is great. Usually slip resistance unless oily.

not great for active service staff
The good: these fit accurately and the wide option was a good wide width.The bad: they are silly looking and impractical for long hours on your feet. The outter part is just a plastic sheath so that’s good for back-of-house workers who want to keep their shoes clean, but for front-of-house use, they end up looking really oversized, almost like galoshes. because the body of the shoe is all plastic, there is no breathability and due to that, they get uncomfortable when working busy double shifts as your feet get stifled and rubbing against the side plastic wall can get irritating. I’ve been wearing them for almost 2 months about 30+ hours a week and they are standing up well to busy restaurant abuse, but I’ve already ordered a replacement as I often work doubles and need something my feet will be happier with.
