Great set for the price
Yoga pad is wonderful Thin yet provides comfort. Can’t say enough about the position markings. Really helps with alignment. The blocks are solid and do their job well. Good quality shoulder strap. Haven’t used the stretching strap yet. Seems like it will fu action well.

You don’t slip on this one!
I really like it because you don’t slip as much but you can still slide your foot or leg if you want to.The alignment marks are good and I like the padding feel.

Excellent mat
I got this on sale for my wife, but then I started using it. I’ve never used a yoga mat before, but this one seems pretty beefy. Blocks work great for further extension of the body. I got a cheap yoga mat for the road and it doesn’t compare to this one. For daily use it is holding up great.

Molded-Do not recommend
Everything was great until it molded. Thirty days in and a few sweaty sessions shouldn’t cause. Unfortunately, I’m just outside the return window; contacted Gayo directly to no avail. I do not recommend.

Well made, lovely packaging
Bolster is beautifully made for the price point. Cork mat is lovely and durable, but not exactly sticky enough for some intense yoga poses. Blocks are excellant

I was a little nervous about spending extra on this mat, especially as a beginner, however after using it, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Great size, the markings help with alignment, materials feel premium, thickness sufficient to use on laminate flooring comfortably.
