Good for beginning use due to softness
This was good as a beginner roll. The Amazon Basics I have since bought will surely last longer. I think if I had started with that one, though, I would have been dissatisfied with the stiffness. This one had a good feel, but it became worn out/collapsed in about a year. I weighed 127 pounds when using it, so it’s not me. And I didn’t sit on it. It collapsed in the center so I started using it on each end but you can see it collapsed there, too. I don’t like that this will be in a landfill so soon after being made.

This is an excellent roller. It’s medium density was right for me. I kept this item but was also charged for the firm roller I returned. Kept saying in transit.

lightweight and firm. This roller has a sizeable diameter and really works the back. I have back problems so its somewhat painful, however, offers stretch and does release some tension. If used properly, you can increase mobility which is huge for older folks. Just make sure you use it a few times a week and don’t leave in closet!
