Poor quality items
I ordered this 3 times. The first 2 times I got used ones in open boxes. First one had animal hair and the zipper was broken. Second had suspicious white crusty stains (YEP). Third times a charm I hoped, but although it seemed newer, was completely unraveled at the seam by the zipper. The stitching was pretty bad on the first two, all around. At least the 3rd one was sealed in the box. I really tried to give this a chance but I’ll have to order one that is a better brand. These are cheap, but I sat on the third one it was great. I just don’t expect it to last a week for the money, sadly. The box says contact customer service but couldn’t get a hold of anyone and I have Prime.
