Perfect companion piece for the standard block cushion!
I bought the block cushion of the same color which I absolutely love. I use this flat cushion by itself but also in combination with the block cushion. Together they make the perfect meditation seat. Beautiful color scheme (burgundy/orange) and pattern.I use the block cushion on a bamboo meditation bench as added cushioning while I sit and read for periods longer than an hour. I will use the flat rollable cushion as a foot rest as I will fold my feet under me. Normally, without a cushion, due to the way the tops of my feet press into the ground, my circulation will cut off and my feet will fall asleep. With the flat rollable cushion, I can place it under my feet for that hour-long period and do not suffer pins and needles in my feet.I also use this flat cushion by itself to kneel on when I am meditating or praying. This also helps prevent my feet from falling asleep when I am in this position for long periods of time. (Sometimes I might be positioned wrong or kneeling too long that even the cushion can’t save me.) But I will say that 80% of the time, the cushion helps to keep my legs from falling asleep on me.Its construction is sturdy, well-stitched, and well-padded. The fabric is not thin or weak and is absolutely beautiful. If anyone receives one which has bad stitching or some other problem, they probably got a factory defect and I would recommend exchanging it for a better one. I am really enjoying my travel zafu, which I use all of the time, now.I purchased it to fit in my suitcase, and it works like a dream, but it is just so comfortable, than when I meditate during the day, I just pull it out and sit on it.The colours are beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend this Zafu.

Best yoga or stretching cushion. I have short arms, 5’1″, and this helps support upper body, when using a foam roller to stretch out quads. It eases the strain on my shoulders and allows me to bring my upper body down closer to floor while waiting for the holds to ease muscle knots. Color beautiful, wish I had all the cushions for decor!

Very pretty and good for yoga
The cushion is the perfect size for my car seat and the colors are beautiful (I ordered the green cushion). However, it is very firm and doesn’t roll as well as I thought it would so doesn’t work well behind my back or neck when seated. It works well as a yoga cushion for my knees or folded over for sitting. . Because of the firmness, I’ll reserve its use for yoga and look elsewhere for a car cushion or bolster. I really bought it for yoga but was hoping it could be multi-purpose.

Beautiful & Functional Cushion
I purchased this cushion as support for a spiritually-based high altitude trek. It did not disappoint. Lightweight and beautiful, it also doubles as a rolled neck and/or knee support (especially helpful when camping). Highly recommended to others!
