    Best Value and works perfectly!
Only assembly is adding the pedals which is too easy. Very quiet operation and works nicely.

Helpful but Not a Workout Replacement
This VIVURN under-desk elliptical is one of those products that’s really about keeping you moving, not giving you a full workout. It’s compact, quiet, and easy to slide under a desk, so you can use it while working, watching TV, or just sitting around. Machines like this are designed for low-impact movement, which can help improve circulation and reduce stiffness, especially if you sit for long periods .What I like is how simple it is to use. The different speed levels and remote control make it easy to adjust without bending down, and it’s gentle enough for seniors or anyone recovering or just trying to stay active during the day. It’s also pretty quiet, so it won’t distract you or others around you. That said, you do have to go in with the right expectations. It’s not going to feel like a real cardio workout or replace going to the gym. The motion is pretty light, and depending on your height and desk setup, it can feel a little awkward at times. It’s more of a “keep your legs moving” tool than something that builds serious strength or endurance.Overall, it’s a nice little addition if you sit a lot and want to stay a bit more active during the day—but it’s more about gentle movement than fitness results.

The pedals move your feet not vice versa.
Neat little machine. I can almost take a nap in my recliner and the machine keeps my feet moving. Whether it results in improved circulation remains to be seen. But it certainly can’t hurt.

I often expected an under the desk elliptical to be much like a stand on elliptical. And from my memory having worked out on these years ago, this fells different. Not in a bad way, just different. This may be largely down to the position of the feet to the knees to the torso line-up? But this should work out just great for what I ordered this for. And this I to tack into my treadmill work. I have knee surgery coming up (no idea as yet) and with the interview with the surgeon coming up soon, I wanted to ramp up my preparations. And as I have limitations as to how far and fast I can walk without paying for it later on, I thought this elliptical might be the ticket. With no weight bearing needs but some force and lots of mobility movements, this simply has to be of some positive benefits, right? And if not, this is kinda fun and am interested in doing this for watching and reading online news and podcasts, etc.I will say I have been a bit meh about the built-in programs as yet. Maybe I just haven’t found the right one at the right speed? Who knows. I do know so far I’ve found more fulfilment with the manual programs and simply ramping up the speed. Or leaving this off altogether and just pedalling it. Having said this, do know that if plugging this in is an inconvenience, using this when off is possible but is totally manual and requires all your own power for movement. But it is a choice I appreciate. I’ve only used this for the few days as yet and am more than willing to keep trying new things with this even if I do find myself defaulting back to the 2 choices mentioned above. This did require some assembly before using (and a touch of disassembly first). This was to attach/sandwich the pedals over the shafts and screw them into place. While tedious, due to the tiny screw size, this was made a bit easier as the screwdriver provided and the screws were magnetically charged. Once that was completed, it was a read of the operating instructions, spread the non-skid mat out, place the elliptical, plug it in (or not) and start the testing.I was surprised at how close it needed to be to be comfortable and effective for longer periods of time. I was also surprised at how ineffective the non-skid matting was! Am not certain what I’m going to work out to improve this but found the machine was skittering around, only slightly hindered in movement by this mat. Not at all stopped by it. I do believe I have a rubber backed rug of a smaller size so will attempt that and maybe combine the two, mat and rug. This will hopefully allow me to put a bit more into the manual actions. But this isn’t to say I dislike this. I think this is amazing so far. Just some minor kinks to work out. And this could be totally me misusing this somehow, having the wrong expectations from this. . I half expect to have a eureka moment where I discover how to use this properly even though I’ve reviewed the instructions many times yet. Bottom line, this provides me a smooth action walking style exercise that uses the knees and provides me a form of extra exercise. And there’s certainly nothing wrong with that!

I am not a senior with mobility issue. However, I do sit a very long time in front of multiple computers and do not get enough walking around. This mini under desk elliptical comes handy when I am concentrating on a project for hours at a time. The item came with the pedal disassembled from the main unit, but did not take too long to assemble the pedal and get going. It also comes with power cord and non-slip mat for the machine. Oh, and it comes wit ha remote control as well.I have set up the machine under my desk where I sit the most, with non-slip mat underneath. It is really easy to get it going and the remote is such a great idea, as I do not have to bend down to fiddle with the control on the machine that’s under my desk. However, the remote does not come with batteries (Boooooo). The power button on the remote will power up the machine and it does not require direct sight for the remote to work. So, all I really do is put my feet on the pedal – by feel, not by sight – and use remote to select the pre-programmed in mode and off I go.The movement is done automatically. You do not push the pedal or anything. So, thinking that this is any sort of exercise machine, that will get your heart rate up, is incorrect thinking. What it does is that it moves your legs, mostly your ankles and knees, so that it gives motion, instead of those joints locking up during long immobility.I like the quiet motor that drives the machine. I have had one video calls while using this machine and the other side could not hear the machine at all. Also, the whole machine feels very solid and durable. I am not sure, how long it will last until I lose interest, but I am using this every day for extended periods.Overall, this very good machine for those who sits at desk for a long time between movements

When I ordered this machine, I have to admit I was a little confused. Why an electric machine? Will it really get me to exercise? So, it’s a machine that pedals for you. It’s electric, comes with a remote control, a digital display, and a timer.Assembly is simple; the screws are included, and the whole process takes 10 minutes max. A small non-slip rubber mat comes with the machine, which also has small non-slip feet. This is to prevent scratching your floor.Getting started: you can easily adjust the start and speed, as well as the direction of rotation. I have relatively large feet (US size 12, European size 45), but I had no trouble fitting them into the plastic “footrests.” Is it easy to stay in these “footrests”? Hmmm, not really. Since the machine does the pedaling, you might find yourself out of sync.I thought to myself, “We’d need straps to secure the feet in their holders,” but I also realized that if, once secured, there’s a problem, it’ll cause issues with the feet being tied down… In short, there’s no obvious solution to this little problem.Update : I might use Velcro to secure my feet to the pedals. If there’s a problem, the Velcro will come off easily. But anyway, the goal is, I suppose, to help seniors make (passive) movements rather than do (active) exercise. You won’t be strengthening your muscles or calves (it’s not a stepper or classic exercise bike), it’s more of a device that encourages you to stay (gently) in motion and avoid stiffness. That’s how I understand the purpose of this device. So, if that’s your goal, it’s a good device. If you want to do active exercise, there are other machines that are better suited for that. But the seller is clear on this point: the machine offers passive exercise for seniors to gently keep them moving and help blood circulation in their feet and legs. The description is therefore clear and unambiguous.

Out of the box, the pedals needed to be attached which was expected, but worth mentioning since 6 screws per pedal means 12 total before you’re up and running. What actually surprised me was the screwdriver they include. It’s a full size driver with rubber grips, not one of those sad little plastic stubs that usually comes with flat pack furniture. Genuinely a nice touch. Setup was straightforward and the instruction manual was clear enough. The standout feature for me is how quiet this thing runs. I was honestly caught off guard. The magnetic resistance system lives up to the under 15dB claim and if you had this running under your desk at work I really don’t think your coworkers would have any idea. I opted not to use the included non slip mat since I have cats and fabric pads just become fur traps and scratch bait over time. The machine does shift around a bit during use without it, but I solved most of that by adding some extra rubber feet on top of the existing foam pads underneath, which worked out pretty well. One thing I want to be upfront about: this is not a fat burning machine and you should go in with realistic expectations regardless of how the manufacturer frames it. That said, there is genuine value here depending on who you are. For older or less active people, having something gently moving your legs and keeping blood flowing is actually meaningful. For me personally, I think of this as a recovery tool between gym sessions or runs, a low effort way to promote circulation and keep the legs loose without any real strain. If that’s what you’re looking for, it delivers.
