A Great Workout!
Man do I love this thing! I hate exercising and this has me looking forward to using it even after a long day at a very physical job. I’m right at the weight capacity at the moment but it’s had no trouble whatsoever and it’s been pretty comfortable too. I’m really short but it seems like it’d still work well for someone who was on the taller side. It’s nice and quiet and doesn’t take up a terrible amount of space. It’s easy to move if you make sure to hold the arms. Super easy to assemble, the display is nice, and so far I’ve had no trouble after about a month of use. I love my rowing machine and I’m so glad I don’t have to go to a gym and deal with people haha! This is definitely worth the money.

Better rower than I’ve used at gyms
Love it! Quiet, effective and fun. Best rowing machine I’ve used. How you row is more natural and comfortable. There’s good resistance and I feel it. It has a place to put your phone with adjustable and secure hold. You can tilt the rower up to save space when not in use. Pretty easy to assemble. Super happy with it. Decided to order a treadmill from the same company. Fingers crossed I’ll be as happy with it.

Like it…want to love it…almost love it…..wish it had a little more resistance.
I was not in the market to spend a lot of a rower. if I was. I know the one I would have purchased and this would not have been it. There were not a lot of reviews on this rower but the ones that were there..seemed very positive. This machine was fairly easy to put together. All parts were there. Once it is put together it does not take up too much space…seems to squeeze into a small space just fine…just having to keep in mind the space needed for the arms in the rowing motion. What drew me to this rower was that it was small and quiet and seems to be durable…at least according to the reviews. My feet don’t slip out of place which is something that other rowers have had complaints about. and the seat is comfortable enough that I don’t have any discomfort while using the machine. So far, the counter seems to be right on as it has counted the rows perfectly each time I have used it. Another thing I read about other rowers – that the counters were off a bit. The ONLY think I see as a minus with this rower is the resistance. Now, I had read that some people complained about this already but I also know I am no Olympian so, I wasn’t needing super max resistance anyway…….the resistance adjuster is under the seat where you are sitting…so, to adjust it you basically reach under your seat and twist a “dial” near the hydraulic piece. I have noticed that you can twist and twist and just keep going around and around…you just have to stop at some point and test it out to see how easy or stiff it will be. At first I couldn’t seem to find any resistance whatsoever which was really disappointing and concerning….After being patient and slowly turning the dial about a 1/2 inch at a time and testing it out..I seemed to find a comfortable spot where the resistance was just enough for my needs, which is about the most resistance I was able to get. BUT..if you move the dial even a tiny bit..it could totally kill the resistance and you might find yourself back to patiently turning the dial a little at a time to find that right spot again. I heard that the hydraulic device gets hot and I have noticed it get warm but not scalding and it’s not in a place where I would accidentally touch it…because it sits under the seat – so, no legs or arms will accidentally brush against it. I really haven’t noticed it get that hot anyway so that ‘s not a worry for me. I do agree that after about 15 or 20 minutes you might notice the resistance ease up a bit….and I might find myself turning the dial again until I find a spot worth rowing on……That is the only thing I would want to improve on this …..the resistance. If there was a more user friendly resistance selection where you could actually tell where you were and where you wanted to be…and consistently stay there…this would really be a perfect basic rower. Again, I’m not a bodybuilder by any means…just wanted some upper body exercise while watching Netflix. I really do like this rower and it feels like it’s affecting arms, legs…… but could it be better? Yes, it could. I know it’s cheap compared to other rowers but I still think it could have better resistance levels.

Worth the money! I got premium model.
I love this. It’s great and low impact! It delivered well and it does require two people to assemble if you do not have the strength of a man. I like that it stands up. But be careful for the chair support bar has sharp metal if touched around the edge like razor sharp. I cut my finger on it deeply. Other than that it’s great!

Only one row arm worked properly – Returned – Do Not Recommend
Only one row arm worked properly – Returned – Do Not RecommendShipping: The Sunny Health Row Machine came in the mail on time. The box was minimally worn and the inside product looked brand new.Assembly: It took me over an hour to assemble. Mostly because the holes in the plastic foot pedals did not completely align with the metal holes on the machine. Since the holes were slightly off center, the long metal bolts designed to hold the foot pedals to the machine became a struggle to assemble.Parts Assessment: Some parts like the seat and metal rail seemed durable and of good quality. Other parts such as the handles, foot pedals, and digital display seem cheap. The handles had small plastic chips coming off, like they were made on a cheap 3D printer. The foot pedals had bolts that did not align with their corresponding holes on the machine and made assembly frustrating. The digital display requires users to pull it out of the machine, which exposes the wiring and electronic components… it’s 2026 and I’ve never seen a device that exposes wires and electronic components like this… seems super cheap.Product Use: I specifically bought this row device because it has two independent arms/handles. The right arm works great… it’s smooth, adjusts perfectly to the variable resistance, and works great in both directions (clockwise and counterclockwise). Unfortunately, the left arm kept getting caught on something inside the machine… about 30% to 40% of the time I pulled on the left arm, it would “catch” on something and get stuck. About half of the times it got stuck, the left pully would quickly catch and release… and the other half of the time it would stick and bring me to a jerking stop. This was super frustrating and made the device unusable. I want to add; this portion of the machine comes pre-assembled from the company. I say that because something inside the pre-assembled machine was not working properly …Returned to Amazon: I returned the row machine, which required me to disassemble it and go through Amazon’s return process. Easy process but it was time consuming because this is a large item and I had to bring it to the UPS store. As I went through this process, Amazon offered me about $100 to keep the item. This made me laugh because the machine is not safe and is unusable… even if they refunded all my money, I would not want this item for free. It’s unusable and just taking up space. They did offer to send me a new row machine, but this product is expensive and time consuming to put together. Unfortunately, I did not want to spend more time or money dealing with an unreliable product.Recommendation: I Do Not recommend this product. One reason I chose the Sunny Health row machine is because this company does not require a monthly subscription. Although the product does have some good qualities, nothing can make up for the broken left arm. I bought this $600’ish, mid-tier, row machine thinking it would be a decent product to help with my fitness. Since the left arm randomly jerks me to a complete stop, it makes the product useless. The device I received might be a random “lemon” idk. In the future, I will most likely spend more money to get a reliable product I can actually use.

The rower was easily assembled – all tools were included. It fits into a small space and runs smoothly. The workout it offers is tops! I don’t bother with the info shown, therefore, I can’t comment on that but usually it’s no surprise to knowledgeable users anyway. Great little machine!

This is a really solidly built, easy to assemble and operate rowing machine. It takes up minimal space in your home and gives you a nice sweat after about ten to fifteen minutes. The only issue I have with the machine is it’s relative ease. The difficulty levels do not really go up high enough for a 180lb male who is still relatively young. The machine provides a low impact workout with a good stretch and ease factor, however, it doesn’t provide enough resistance to really make you work to exhaustion. Once the piston heats up, the resistance drops noticeably too. You can wait a couple of minutes for it to cool, but that kind of defeats the purpose of keeping your heart rate up. If your goal is to get the blood flowing, or perhaps prepare your body for more vigorous exercise afterwards then this is a great system. The machine would also be really great for seniors who don’t need an exhaustive exercise regime but just want to work on some strength, cardio, and flexibility. I recommend this product to the general population but not to those who are serious athletes or cardio junkies.
