Easy to use
Nice and lightweight but stays in place. Only assembly is plugging in the power cord. It can also be used without connecting to power though it takes more effort to get it going.

Squeaks occasionally l, but Good
I use this machine at home 2 x’s a day. I mix it with exercise I have done for many many years.If you are purchasing for an office, I would look elsewhere as it squeaks occasionally. We use WD 40 and it stops for a number of days. The company was emailed to ask if this oiling was okay, but they never answered me.I waited too long to send it back but my daughter got it for work and couldn’t have the noise there. That’s how I ended up with it at home.Good to use with other exercises but not good for an office environment.

I purchased this item just to find out if I needed it. After trying it out, I decided that I really didn’t need it. But it was not a waste of money, for I just passed it on to a friend who loves it (and me) very much.
