So many great features to these adjustable dumbbells!
I really like having adjustable dumbbells because I get the variety of 1-pound, 3-pound, and 5-pound weights in just one footprint. There are a lot of great features about these dumbbells. I got the set that contains two 5-pound total weights. The handle is nice and wide and has a comfortable grip for me to use. The weights have a triangular shape, so they don’t roll away from me if I set them down. And the best feature: the adjustable weights at the end!The base handle weights 1 pound and it’s so easy to just twist and click to lock each additional pound weight onto the ends until I reach 5 pounds. Once clicked into place, the weights are securely connected and do not come off no matter how much I swing the weights. They only come off when I purposely push the tab to release them. This not only gives me confidence when using them, but makes it very easy to quickly change the weights whenever I want.I have a lot of black equipment in my gym, but decided to go girly and get these weights in the pretty bubble gum pink! I love the color and it cheers me up to see them. These dumbbells are excellent quality and very well-designed. I like them so much, I will likely get the 10-pound set next!

Nice adjustable dumbbell set
I picked up this adjustable dumbbell set mainly because I wanted something compact for quick workouts at home, and it’s turned out to be a really convenient option. At first glance it’s marketed as a 10 lb set, but how the weight distributes is a bit more nuanced. Each handle is 1 lb and the plates are 1 lb each, so if you split everything evenly you’re working with 5 lbs per dumbbell. What I like, though, is that you’re not locked into that – you can shift plates around and get different combinations like 1, 3, 5, or even 7 lbs on a single dumbbell, which adds some flexibility depending on the exercise.The adjustment process is quick and straightforward, so you’re not wasting time fiddling with them mid-workout. You just move the tab and twist on or off. The grip feels comfortable with a nice textured surface that helps keep things secure, even when your hands get a bit sweaty. I also appreciate the triangular design since they don’t roll around when you set them down, which is a small but practical detail.Overall, I think these are a great fit for beginners, lighter strength training, or higher-rep workouts. The ability to adjust between 1–7 lbs per dumbbell gives you more range than you’d expect. For a simple, compact home setup, they do the job really well. Good starter adjustable set
Grabbed these for my wife to use on the back deck when she can’t get to the gym. The adjustable weights between 10, 20, and 30 give her room to grow without us buying a rack full. Plates swap on pretty easily once you get the hang of the locking collars. Grip is textured, not slick when her hands get sweaty.Rubber coating protects the deck boards when she sets them down between sets. Small gripe, the plates clink together a bit on swings if they aren’t locked down tight. Good starter pair.

Misleading item title
The item title is misleading. These barbells are adjustable up to 5 pounds each; 10lbs is used as the total for both of them, which is not a standard labeling for weights. Two 5lb weights should be listed as two 5lb weights, not as a 10lb set, and the reference to 20/30lbs is completely out. Aside from the labeling issue, they are…. fine. Not enormously uncomfortable to use but not impossible, reasonably intuitive but I don’t have much trust in their viability in the long term. However, you probably won’t need baby weight barbells for very long if you use them consistently, so as a starter set they’re fine. Use them until they die or you’ve progressed to needing higher weights, just know what you’re getting.

These will be the last set of dumbbells I will buy. The quality and value for the money is unmatched. The grip is comfortable in the hand with or without workout gloves. The flexibility to add or subtract weight is great for beginners as well as established fitness gurus that want to tone their muscles. The additional weight securely clip on providing safety; no worries about them coming off during your workout. The material is quality and sweat-proof. Highly recommend.
