I wanted to protect my wood surfaces from any potential leaks under my plants and these coasters not only look nice but do a great job. Occasionally the plants leak a bit when watered and these have kept my furniture tops dry and protected. They have a nice plastic layer on the bottom that is waterproof and the cork on top absorbs the moisture. They also are great for protecting the furniture from scratches when the bottom of the pots are rough.

They do what I need them to do
I am pleased with these cork plant coasters. The majority of my plants are in cache pots, so don’t leak water onto the table, but for those that aren’t, these have worked well for us. I chose to use them cork side up instead of black side up because it just seemed to me that the unfinished cork would be more absorbent. I have no idea if that’s actually true since I haven’t used them black side up. The black side does look sleek, so if you find that it absorbs as well as the cork side, then that would be a bonus.I like that this set has the 3 different sizes, although I would’ve liked to have some additional coasters in the medium size.I can see myself ordering more of these in the future when the need arises. Very happy with my purchase!

Nice plant coasters
Work well under my various sized plants. Keeps me from getting water marks on the wood. Just remember not to just scoot the pots every where or you might lightly scratch the wood surface. I do turn the plants with no issues. Nice thickness and quality
