I use it to make my own little energy shot
I usua.nLly use liquid chlorophyll used it for years and years. Not being able to get it , I purchased this one. I like the flavor of this one.I was a bit disappointed when I saw the warning on it. When I researched it a little better, it looks like it’s something that’s actually in most grasses, just maybe not is getting labeled as often as it should, I’m not sure.. Good value though in good flavor

Adding supergreens to my diet
Can’t tell the effectiveness yet. But in terms of the taste, I mix this in protein shakes and it tastes fine.Make sure to put only 1-2 tsp. If you put more than that, it will taste very gritty and grass-taste.

Upset my stomach
This has a good reputation but didn’t work for me. Every time I used it, I got a stomach ache. Could be the spirulina.It also doesn’t easily blend unless I put it in a smoothie a d I could taste it over vanilla protein powder, fruit, and plant milk in my smoothie.It’s too bad it didn’t work for me. I hope you get better results.
