Sturdy and affordable
Affordable and very sturdy. The only real difference from other foam rollers is that the material doesnt glide as much as the ones ive used made out of rubber, but not a big deal. This thing holds up to daily use and im 6’4″ and 370lbs.

I’m a fluffy woman… and I wanted to start a new adventure needless to say I love this for Pilates! So many moves you can do with this. The first thing I did with this is lay down on my mat, grabbed this foam roller and figured out how to utilize this thing. I practiced rolling on it for a moment then went for a full up/down roll while repositioning myself- WOW the stretch and cracking was a surprise and felt so good. Durable for tons of use! I bought the long one not knowing what size but I find myself using it in so many ways from stretching to exercising! It’s firm which is what I wanted knowing I’m a bigger lady and this is great!

Ideal for Under the Desk
