A lot of versatility and quality
Really easy to assemble and use. The bar is of good quality and screws together not just pops together so it functions better when using it. Not worried about the pieces coming apart. I have gotten several good workouts in without an issue. It’s versatile enough to be effective in almost any home workout and it fits back in the storage bag.

When I receive this product I was very very surprised the bar has a very nice weight to it it does not feel flimsy at all I don’t know what I was expecting but I was not expecting what I received I really love this seems like this is going to last a long time it’s perfect for my height since im five foot even. I like that it comes with a instruction guide

Surprisingly well made and versatile!
I wasn’t expecting these to be SO well made. There’s lots of other options that cost double or triple that this costs, and have less attachments.The good:The bar is heavy, and everything fits closely together with no gaps or wiggles.Bands are easy on/off.The numbers on the straps make it so easy to adjust each side quickly.Knee pad included, how kind!Ab roller is the chefs kiss of it all.Bag is nice and seems like it may be the only “cheap” part.Cons:I haven’t figured out how to successfully do deadlifts with it yet, but I suspect it’s going to be something like attaching the bands across to each side of the bar and stepping on the band. The straps are too long, even on the tightest setting so far for deadlifts and rows.It can take some time to swap bands and change strap lengths. So I am trying to find either a universal length to leave the straps at, or find a quick way to change. I suspect I can leave all 3 straps hooked to the top, but not the handles and that will solve the changing problem.The bag seems slightly thin, but I could just be making an assumption about it based on how stiff it was out of the package. It may soften up over time.Overall, this was a great purchase, and I’m super surprised at how useful it was.

The resistance bands are not even long enough to do any sort of exercise with them. None of the recommended exercises on the paper that they give with it for examples are even possible. Do not buy this. Opened the package and knew immediately it was getting returned. Such a scam.

Everything you need to get on shape although would have been better if resistance bands were including it can’t comain for the price.

Definitely not for short people. I’m only 5’1” and couldn’t get a good resistance because of this.
