I have been using the Beyn Hot and Cold Therapy Massage Gun for a little while now and it has honestly been really helpful. The thing I like the most is the long detachable handle because it actually lets me reach my back easily without needing help from anyone.The hot and cold feature is also really nice. The heat feels relaxing after a long day and the cold option works well when my muscles feel sore. It is very simple to use and not confusing at all. The different speed options are enough to adjust based on how strong or gentle I want the massage.It feels strong but not painful and it is also pretty quiet which I did not expect. I can use it while watching something and it does not bother me. The battery lasts a good amount of time and charging with USB C is convenient.Overall it is a useful and practical massage gun that does its job well. It is not too complicated but it really helps especially if you have back pain or muscle soreness often.

This is an excellent product, and I highly recommend it. This therapy massage gun is a total loser of a product. Why, because one month to the day after a one month return window the item completely shut down. It runs for a minute and shuts off even if it shows a 99 percent charged on the gun.

Great massage gun. Used on stiff neck and back, and relieved a lot of tension and pain. The only thing that would make it better is to be able to use it on my back myself, but this one does have a long handle attachment, so much better than most. But still not able to use it completely by myself. Not sure if anything could make that possible tho.
