Great buy for the price!
I’ve purchased these twice now and not only do I love the flavor, but I definitely love the benefits from the product. I use them while traveling early in my pregnancy and they definitely kept me hydrated and so I continue to use them throughout my pregnancy and they are great flavorful option if you’re looking to stay away from harsh sugars and sodas

Don’t buy green apple
Love these little packets! They help me keep up with my water intake while breastfeeding. I wouldn’t say they increase my supply by any means, but I do think the added hydration helps with the volume I produce. Watermelon yuzu and blue raspberry are the standouts – green apple tastes horrendous. Order at your own risk. Watermelon is a much more subtle flavor than the blue raspberry, but I think both are really refreshing! I will say they don’t dissolve especially quickly, even slower if you have ice in your water. I have to put it in my hydrojug with the flip down lid, shake it vigorously & let it sit for a few minutes or I’m sucking up flavor/sugar crystals. But 10/10 on subtle flavor, will continue buying these two.

Great for moms!
I am a pregnant mom who needs extra hydration! These are perfect for just that! The taste is a little different. Not salty like Liquid IV but a certain taste. Watermelon Yuzu is good and not too sweet. I drink about one per day and have noticed that I stay hydrated. I’ve heard these are also good to continue postpartum – so I plan to do that! A little expensive but you do get a good quality product!

Works well!
Taste isn’t too bad but it’s not my favorite! I saw a lot of reviews stating it doesn’t mix well but it really mixes quite easily in a room temperature water bottle. I noticed when the water was chilled it didn’t mix as easily. I do notice stability in my supply now which is really nice. Whether it’s from the product itself or the increase of water intake I couldn’t say but I will continue to buy regardless because electrolytes are good to have.

Awful taste
The watermelon taste like a ladybug. Absolutely terrible, and can’t even down it if I tried. Hate to waste money because of the taste of something. HOWEVER the blue raspberry is fantastic!! Definitely skip over this and grab the blue raspberry.
