It’s exactly as described but it’s not as comfortable for me! I feel like the neck part is a little too high and my breast don’t sit perfectly on the sides of the pillow because the thing in the middle is a little big. It is a comfortable pillow though and would probably work for someone else

the face cushion feels divine on my cheeks.has a not so great smell so need to air the pieces out.it feels so fantastic to lay on my belly and not have the pressure of breasts squeezing into you.the face piece is also nice in yoga.nice enough quality over all.very relaxing, calming and stress reducing.adds to the massage experience. all rpm offices should habe these available for the session.who knew laying down supported this way would feel so refreshing. its been decades since these boobs came along! most days i wish they were smaller since they get in the way all the time.
