Absolutely perfect
It is perfect. My fiancé works a physically demanding job so this cup is subjected to a lot of abuse. It stays closed and sealed. It has fallen over on a job site and in his lunch box and has not popped open. I out coffee in it at 5:45am and it is still warm at 8pm as long as the lid is fully sealed. The text is perfect.I literally have no complaints about the cup in any way at all. My fiancé constantly tells me how much better this cup is compared to the one we bought at Wal-Mart.I also ordered this as a christmas gift and it came on time and undamaged. If you are worried about the quality I can say my experience has been perfect…I plan on buying myself one too

it was really good and professional, it looks great, now when i did get it unfortunately it was upside down. which did not look bad. just one word on back of cup was noticeable. but they were quick to respond and went straight to factory to make sure it would happen again and i had a full refund. i was supper happy with the company.
