Essential for home workout
So good! I love that this belt has three different sizes to cinch to. The smallest cinch is the perfect fit for my hip thrusts. Just the right amount of padding to ensure comfort. Quality is excellent, this will last! Purchased this with the coupon provided and wow, what a steal! . This makes working out at home that much easier. Very happy!

Heavy-Duty Hip Thrust Belt That Works Well but Has a Learning Curve
I have been using this hip thrust belt as an alternative to balancing a barbell across my hips, and for the most part it really does make heavy glute work more convenient. The construction is impressive right out of the package: the buckles and hooks feel extremely high quality, the latches are very heavy duty, and all the stitching looks highly reinforced. Once everything is clipped in, it feels very secure with heavier dumbbells or plates, and I have not worried about it slipping or failing mid set.In use, the belt is generally comfortable. The padding is enough that it does not dig into my hips, even when I load it fairly heavy, and the straps feel secure without shifting much once I am set up. It definitely makes the movement feel less awkward than trying to balance a barbell across my hips, and I find it easier to focus on form instead of constantly adjusting the weight. For me, it works best when I am set up on a bench behind my back rather than lying completely flat on a mat. There are some drawbacks, though. There is no good way to tuck or manage the extra strap slack, which can get a bit annoying when you are moving around between sets. It also is not very supportive for the lower back, so it does not add much in terms of core or lumbar stability. The biggest issue is the learning curve: the instructions are not very clear, and getting the setup dialed in the first few times was more fiddly than I expected. Once you figure out how to position it and where to place the weights, it works well, but it is not instantly intuitive and the weights can still press into your sides in a way that is not dramatically more comfortable than resting them on your hips.Overall, this is a solid, well built accessory that shines for heavy hip thrusts once you get used to it, even if it is not a night and day comfort upgrade for every setup. If you are tired of wrestling a barbell into position and want something secure and heavy duty for glute work, it is worth considering, as long as you are willing to spend a little time learning how it fits your body and training style.Pros:Extremely sturdy construction with heavy duty latches, hooks, and bucklesHighly reinforced stitching and quality materials that feel long lastingSecure feel under heavier loads without worrying about slippingPadding is comfortable and does not dig into the hips with weightMore convenient and less awkward than balancing a barbell across the hipsWorks well with dumbbells or plates once setup is dialed inCons:No good way to manage excess strap slack during useProvides little lower back support or added stabilityLearning curve to figure out setup and positioningWeights can still push into the sides and feel less comfortable than expected

Solid quality
This fitness hip thrust belt gets the job done, especially for heavier lifts. The latches are very heavy-duty and feel extremely secure—I had no concerns about it slipping or not being able to handle the weight. That said, it does have a couple downsides. There’s nowhere to tuck or manage the excess slack, which can be a bit annoying during use. It also isn’t very supportive on the lower back, so don’t expect much stability there.Overall, it’s solid for what it’s designed to do, but could use a few design improvements for comfort and usability.
