Love this equipment. I didn’t think it would give your legs such a good workout but it absolutely does. Purchased it for my dementia father to assist in keeping him mobile when we cannot get out. The secure foot traps are ideal. They are wide and adjustable for a secure fit. We love the upper body resistance bands. The elliptical is very well made study durable and easy to transport with the center handgrip. The preprogrammed features makes it easy to use and get a good overall workout. The reverse peddling is also a really great addition. An overall great value for your money as everyone in your household can use this machine.

It’s exactly what I need for my long desk work sessions!
I’ve got a manual elliptical one, but of course with that one my tendency to stop using it is high. Because I could get into whatever work I’m doing and forget to pedal. So i decided to up my game and purchase an electric one that basically keeps my legs pedaling without me having to remember to use it. I like that it has 16 levels to choose from and it also comes with a tension rope for when I need a bit more of a workout. Definitely keeps my legs stimulated and gets the blood flowing. Which was my goal to begin with cause if I’m going to sit for hours on end, have to incorporate some type of cardio workout. I’m happy the quality & I feel like the price is justifiable since I look at it as an investment in my health.

IT DOESN’T SCOOT AND IS EASY TO SET. YOU CAN SET A TIMER OR HOW HARD TO WANT TO GO. IT WORDS WELL AND DOESN’T COST AS MUCH AS SOME YOU SEE ON TV. YOU PLUG IN AND TURN ON THE SWITCH ON FRONT. THEN USE REMOTE TO TURN ON. REFER TO SMALL INSTRUCTION. IT WILL GO ALONE OR YOU CAN PUSH IT. REALLY NOT MUCH DIFFERENCE IN THE MOVEMENT. YOU CAN TURN SPEED UP TO SIX OR STAY ON ONE. WE LOVE OURS.
