It’s a great value for the money. It’ hasn’t caused any skin irritation which is great for me because I have super sensitive skin. It definitely dries quickly and I have found that it works quickly to help me get a good night of sleep.

Magnesium Oil Miracle
I purchased this because I wanted to see if rubbing this oil on my feet at night would help me to sleep. Fidgety feet, tingling feeling kept me awake at night. So I did the test and it worked to my pleasant surprise. Now I ise it each time my feet don’t listen to my brain when it signals lights out.

Probably a good product but it came in a type of plastic that’s notorious for leeching chemicals from the plastic into the contents. Would of returned it but I had already opened the package.

Unscented and not to oily
I spray this stuff on the back of my calves when I wake up in the middle of the night and my heart is racing. It seems to soothe me back to sleep. And my legs don’t cramp up as much. It’s not really oily it’s actually pretty light when you spray it on it rubs in real good. It does burn a little bit if you’ve just shaved your legs. It doesn’t have a smell. It seems like liquid Epsom salt in a way but I like it.

I was in search of magnesium spray having heard it can be beneficial for RLS. Have noticed no results at all. Seems deceiving to call it ‘oil’ as the main ingredient is listed as water & seems exceptionally watered down. Suppose depends on what you need it for, but I won’t be purchasing again.
