High quality, easy to use, strengthens the hips
I’ve been using these bands for about a month, and the strengthening in my hips is noticeable. Sometimes, I’ll get a sharp pain in my hip when I go out for a brisk walk, but using these bands has gotten that pain to go away. I don’t do anything fancy, just doing side-steps, but every little bit makes a difference in strengthening the joint – at least it does for me.This comes with Light, Medium, and Heavy bands, all good. I’ll usually alternate between the Light and Medium bands, depending on how my hips are feeling.These bands feel high-quality. The material is stretchy (of course) but soft to the touch even when expanding or contracting. The inside has two rows of a rubbery material to keep the bands from slipping while using them, which is convenient. This also comes with a drawstring carrying/storage bag, a small leaflet with suggested exercises, and care instructions. All in all, this is a great little exercise kit, since it can be used almost anywhere and it’s easy to store. I’ve even used the bands at my desk!

Quality, strong exercise bands
These blew me away! I have only used bands from Physical Therapy, you know the ones, very thin plastic that they tie a knot into to make it a circle.I’m working on getting back into shape and am adding these to my workouts. Even the light band is very strong. I’m not strong enough to use the strongest band on my arms. I’ve got a lot of working out to do!Stretchy, strong elastic bands have a rubbery grip along the inside on the gray lines. It helps in keeping the band from slipping. They come in light, medium and heavy duty, and fit nicely in the accompanying bag. It also comes with a small booklet of example exercises you can do with the bands.I am very happy with this purchase! I would absolutely recommend this product.
