Good mat
I am a massage therapist and I bought this to make contact with the acupressure points in my feet. It is a good mat. It is firm, but the points are rounded and not too much to stand on for @ 5 minutes at a time.

Physically life changing!
It is a “hidden” gem. Easy to use. Lives open on my floor. I use it as wanted. But after a week, I could feel things in my back I didn’t know I couldn’t feel, a little more use I started walking regularly. Today I came home from work with low back pain, I stretched, hung upside down, but little relief. I stepped on my mat for a few minutes and low back sooo much better. It makes me drink more water, so immunity increased too! Life changing!

Not enough deep tissue pressure
It’s ok. It doesn’t provide enough pressure for what I need. I think the spiked-end mats provide deeper tissue pressure.

Spikes are too hard to stand on for very long. Because I went on vacation I missed the window in which I could have returned this. Too bad. It’s kind of expensive for what it is.
