Effective and therapeutic, really helps my hand fatigue
I was so excited to see these on Vine as I have arthritic hands and have used these in the past to help exercise and keep my hands ‘in shape’. Over the years, mine were lost and they were almost forgotten. Seeing these, I had to order them right away. I was so excited when they arrived. They came with a drawstring pouch- but, I’m probably going to get a small box for them. My old set was inlaid and I worried about the ornate image getting damaged, but these are just plain marble. I like the color I chose and how they are one complete unit instead of a mosaic design. When you first start to exercise with them, there might be a little bit of difficulty moving them freely on your hand, but after a few uses, you should be able to move them easily. These are a good weight and size, but it is fun to change it up and use other sizes. It’s good practice if you are a magician, they help with dexterity and playing piano or other instruments. My son likes them, he does a lot of typing and says they help with the cramping and hand fatigue.

Helps with stress
I bought these stress therapy balls for my husband who struggles sometimes with anxiety. These now live on his desk so he can grab them and use them as a fidget spinner when he’s sitting there if he starts to feel a little anxious. He says they help. I got him the larger size since he is 6 foot four and has bigger hands, but I can still use them. They’re just a little bit harder to rotate in my hand as a woman, the smaller size would be better for a woman or a man with smaller hands. The green color is a nice muted jade, and they seemed to hold up well since our toddler has dropped them on our floor several times and they are not chipped yet. The velvet bag that it comes with is a nice touch to keep them together.* When I interact with a product, generally I rate based on the following:* 1 Star: The product is terrible, not suitable for its intended use, or the seller was deceptive. I would not ever consider purchasing this product again. It might have been misrepresented. * 2 Stars: The product is poor quality but still functions to some degree, or has issues that prevent it from being fully satisfactory. I would not purchase this item again if presented the opportunity. * 3 Stars: The product works but has multiple flaws or limitations, or it’s considered “okay” but not outstanding. I would think twice about gifting this item to someone. * 4 Stars: The product is good and generally meets my expectations, but there might be minor issues or areas for improvement. Relaxing and solid, feel good in hand
It’s a little, er, strange to write about holding two little black balls in your hand, for soothing relaxation, but that’s literally what these are for. They’re of a good size, and although not the type with internal bells, are still quite relaxing to “play” with (oh you know what I mean so don’t go there). They seem well-made and should last a long time, so long as you don’t drop them on a hard surface. They come in a little back pouch for storage. If you’re into this sort of this, you can do worse.Recommended.

Excellent quality, smooth balls, but a little too large
I got these Hudesco Hand Therapy balls in the smallest size available in hope that they’d help my elderly mother with her hand dexterity, but unfortunately they’re too large for her to roll around or hold without quickly dropping one. As far as I can tell, Mom has normal sized hands for a 75-year-old woman; I have much longer fingers, and the balls are at the edge of what I can handle as well.That said, the balls themselves are perfectly smooth and evenly weighted, so they roll around nicely in my palm. They appear to be solid black at first glance, but if you look closer when the light hits them just right, you’ll see sections that have a faceted appearance. It really makes me wish they were blue or some other color that could show off the facets a bit better.

Gorgeous and satisfying to use!
I have wanted a pair of these hand therapy balls since I was a kid, but never treated myself until now! So glad I finally have a pair!I went back and forth about the sizing a few times. I wear a women’s medium glove, and chose the medium size set. They are easy to manipulate and feel good in my hands. I would have been happy with the bigger pair as well, but any smaller would feel too small.I wish they came in a box instead of just a pouch, but for the price tag, I can’t really complain.The dark green color is gorgeous and they are cool to the touch, and smooth. I love them! Very satisfying to use.If you need a way to destress and move your hands in novel ways, try these out. If you’re like me, you will find one direction of rotation much more difficult than the other. Keep practicing g!

Really nice therapy balls that are well finished
The wife works at an assisted living and memory Care facility with a lot of elderly people. The physical therapists constantly provide similar Stone therapy balls for helping to alleviate arthritis and stiff joints in the hand and fingers.Unfortunately, she suffers from having played piano professionally for decades, and arthritis and joint stiffness is a common malady that afflicts pianists. When we saw these were available, they were ordered and definitely cost less than the ones that the physical therapists provide for residents at the facility.They are very smooth, weighty, and come with a convenient carry pouch. It’s important to set one’s expectations for the relief one will get from these, as it is not instantaneous. In fact, the initial manipulation in a hand that’s got some stiffness and or arthritis may actually be very uncomfortable. After a while the joints do start to loosen up within reason and it does help to maintain greater joint flexibility. Expect this to improve over weeks or months, not days.These there therapy balls are high quality, and at the roughly $15 price at the time of ordering, a good deal. The soft storage pouch was a nice surprise.
