Love this bench! It makes it so easy to go from a flat bench to an incline and you have so many levels of the incline! It is also quick to drop down the whole bench to regular size step.

PERFECT
Ready to use right out the box no assembly required , sturdy but lightweight , and very nice sized, cheaper than the other boxes like it, and it came early ( and I live in the mountains I never get packages early ) the button raises the back of the seat with ease.

Sturdy and durable
This step is more narrow than the one I used at physical therapy, but it worked well. It is excellent for knee recovery exercises, even with overweight people. The non-slip surface is effective. I only tested it on a solid surface, but I suspect that it will work equally well on carpet. Sturdy and durable.

just fine for cardio or very light weights
i’m sure this product is just fine for cardio or light weights, but the incline is just not study enough for any dumbbell weight over 30lbs. the single lift arm on the incline portion will probably cause wobbling with any medium weights. I technically wouldnt know cause i did not use the product *wink wink seller-spreetail.spreetail charged me a 50% restocking fee for an inspected but unused item, buyer beware

Sturdy yet light weight
Very pleased to have found this bench. It’s light weight but feels very sturdy and stable when I use it, has room to store my resistance bands, and both heights are useful for me as a short woman (5′). And unlike the other options I considered, this one is simple and black rather than being colored like a giant athletic shoe, so I can use it in a multipurpose room without making the whole space feel like a gym or garage.

A bargain at around £70. Have seen similar at £100 more. Very solid. Two heights or angled bench. Great pneumatic, fully adjustable backrest.

Even though it shows, running late. Evri has delivered the item. But I don’t like Evri and had I known they were going to be the courtiers I would not have ordered from this company.

I purchased this recently & while it looks beautiful & feels sturdy while in the flat positionWhen heightened & inclined it felt quite flimsy & like it wouldn’t last with repeated heave weight usageI loved how it’s more square, making it feel wider & love that the backrest is pneumatic & able to go to any angle but only having the 1 central support brace meant the backrest flexed from side to side & the legs didn’t feel like they were securely fixed in place either when lifting weight they also flexedUnfortunately I have decided to return it as I don’t feel like it will last for heavy usageWould be great if you’re using lighter weights or using for step ups etc but not suitable for me & im gutted because I love how it looked in my home gym
