No tool design works well
I’ve tried various types of speed jump ropes. I prefer this type where the rope exits the end of the handle, rather than the type with part of the handle itself that rotates in order to swing the rope. The latter just does something weird to my body mechanics.I like the “no tool” design to this. To feed the rope into the hand all I had to do was depress the rope end of the handle, then just make sure it pulls outward again to lock it in place. I thought for sure that the rope would give, but after several jump rope sessions as well as me just sitting there yanking on the rope, nothing gave free. Bearings on this are great; allows for very fast jumping. I recommend this.

Efficient and value oriented
Loving the minimalist look (it’s cool looking too). For such an affordable price, the quality is superb and functionality is a 100%. Definitely worth checking out rather than purchasing skipping ropes above the 20 dollar range. Workout was efficient and great with it! The grip is worth a mention too.The weight of the rope is just right, giving a perfect balance of speed and strength.

Das „Seil“ besteht aus einem Set mit zwei Griffen und zwei Seilen (rot und schwarz). Die Länge des Springseils wird durch mehr oder weniger weites Einschieben des Seils in die Griffe eingestellt. Es muss also nichts abgeschnitten werden. Das Springseil fällt auch gut und verzieht sich nicht wie manch anderes Drahtseil. Es verhält sich beinahe wie eine echte geflochtene Schnur. Zum Training auch für den Amateur daher ein gutes Seil. Ich habe das rote Seil montiert, das sieht auch klasse aus.

Had it three months the cable wore out by the join and the plastic protector is stuck inside and cannot be removed.Don’t bother spend your money on something g better !

Update:Einer der Griffe eiert etwas, wenn man nur dieses dreht. Das Seil funktioniert trotzdem gut.Was mir hier besonders gefällt, dass der Griff angeraut ist.Erste Bewertung.Hierbei handelt es sich um ein superschnelles Seil. Es dreht sich leicht und man kann sehr schnell Durchschläge machen. Auch für Doppeldurchschläge geeignet.Ob es für Anfänger geeignet ist weiß ich nicht so richtig. Könnte fest schon zu schnell dafür sein.
