I just started using the bands and am very impressed! Right now they are my favorite tool for working out at home, very versatile in use, solid and working intensity levels. I’m pretty much sure I can use them while traveling as well. Great idea and quality product.

Everything is solid and well built. This is not a piece of junk. You instantly know when you unbox it that this is a quality piece of equipment from the Vans to the grips to the door hanger. Everything about this speaks high quality. Great product. I’m very happy with this purchase. I would buy it again and again and again. Only thing I wish is you can buy some of the handles and the door thing separately so you can have more than one. It’s not the door hangers whatever else they call it and more handles besides the two you get and the one

Excellent band upgrade
I’ve had these resistance bands for a few months and they are great. I LOVE how easy the interchangeable handles are to use between the different bands and the ankle straps for the lower body workouts. This is much better than the old style resistance bands. This set also comes with the door anchor and sign so no one opens the door while you’re working out. Great band set and great weight range.
