Been taking this about a week now I feel a difference already I have more energy then normal not even coffee does the job. I feel the Hydration, I also like to use a frother to help mix and it does the job well. The lemon raspberry is my favorite, blood orange isn’t to bad and I’m definitely not a fan of The peach but the taste isn’t that great on it.

I really wanted to love this
I wanted to love this. It tasted great and quickly became part of my morning routine. I noticed after a day or so of taking this i started getting a really bad reaction and was constantly running to the bathroom. I took a day off and started again and still the same thing happened. I thought it was possibly something I was eating and fasted while taking this and was still running to the bathroom. I have stopped taking this and havent had the urgency like I experienced while taking this.

Love Iris – new part of my daily routine for someone that has PCOS this is great, not too salty or sweet just the right taste. So far I’ve notice my bloating has gotten better and my energy has been steadily, just ordered my 2nd bag and look forward to continuing to order. Only downside I wish there was more than 15 packets I feel like I go through it quickly. My favorite is the blood orange blackberry. Highly recommend 😊

Helped regulate my cycles
This product has helped me so much. This is the first product I’ve been able to take and not dread taking it. I have been taking it since January and have had three successful monthly cycles that are lasting about a week. I am irregular, so sometimes my cycles would last for months or not come on for a whole year. I highly recommend it.

Good sweet tooth suppressant
The product does not dissolve fully when shaken but that is also common among other products like this drink mix. The peach and the blood orange flavor left an unpleasant after taste. The lemon raspberry was delicious. I did not notice a change in health support as indicated on the product. It did satisfy the sugar craving when I was craving something sweet. I may purchase again for that benefit alone.

I purchased the variety pack because I wanted to figure out which flavor was my favorite—and honestly, they’re all delicious. This is a great option if you’re adventurous and like trying different flavors. I struggle with drinking enough water, so I was excited to try something with ingredients that actually make me feel good. I’ve noticed a boost in my mood when I drink this.I didn’t have any issues with the powder dissolving. I use room-temperature reverse osmosis water and then add ice as needed. For anyone experiencing clumping, it’s likely due to using very cold water—I’ve had that happen before with other drink mixes as well.

Very poor taste for all flavors and does not mix well with water. Clumpy at bottom. Texture is smooth otherwise but a little slimy. Very hard to enjoy or want to consume.
