It’s decent for smaller breasts
It’s decent. I wish it was a bit stiffer/firmer so it didn’t push out or spread so much when you were laying on it, because then it’s not supporting you.Would probably go with a different style if given the chance. A brand named Boppy nursing pillow might be worth it? Or the rectangular incline pillows with the breast holes cut out.

Honestly a lifesaver for necessary stomach sleepers w/ bigger chests.
I had a bbl and was forced to sleep on my stomach for 6 weeks.I have an augmented chest of a DD size. Laying on my stomach hurts my chest. It’s very uncomfortable, and I worried about damaging the implants or the pockets they were in during the stomach sleeping.So, I decided to get this after thinking up possible solutions, and I’m glad I did.It alleviated the pressure on my chest over night, and when it was time to sleep on my back again I used it under my hips to raise my bum slightly so that I could be as careful with the adjustment period as possible to maintain results.Definitely recommend.

Not firm enough to be functional.
This pillow is too squishy and too flat to do what it claims. It looks good, but there is not enough filling in the pillow to offer support, when pressure is placed on it. A waste of time and money.

I can’t use it for its intended use.
I bought it to put under my chest when I get a massage, but it’s not thick enough to keep my boobs from getting smashed down onto the massage bed. So now I use it as a neck pillow and it’s fine for that.
