Tasty and refreshing
This stuff is TASTY! I mix it with organic coconut water and colostrum powder each day to help with hydration/milk supply. I wouldn’t say it has caused a huge increase in supply but I think it helps support my supply. I’ve repurchased several times. Haven’t tried any other flavors besides the strawberry lemonade – mostly because this one is just so good I don’t feel the need!

Tastes good and not salty like others
Use one a day postpartum and breastfeeding. I can’t do saltier electrolyte packets and these are not at all and they provide the same if not more hydration. I am a big fan of the coconut water instead as well. Feel hydrated and so much better with these in my water.

Delicious flavor, keeps me drinking water all day. Best when in extra cold water. Using this in my postpartum era, and would recommend to other new or expecting moms. I was looking for something with good, quality ingredients that weren’t ultra processed, this electrolyte is just that. I’ve been using daily for four months, no upset stomach or other side effects. Most of the time I use half a packet to my 20oz bottle, so I can have more throughout the day.

Tastes delicious but definitely pricey. I’m not sure that it helped boost my milk supply other than that it keeps me hydrated for sure. Had no side effects and it mixes well. Love the taste, not sure it’s effective beyond that though

Honestly this is my favorite thing to add to my water. It tastes nice. I definitely feel it has helped my milk supply increase, so I’d say its effective. Value of the product is very nice since I only use one during a work day. I do have to mix it really well as some of the powder will ball up but it isn’t difficult.

As someone who absolutely hates all electrolyte powders, I was shocked to enjoy this so much. I hate how salty normal electrolyte packets are and I have been pleasantly surprised at this brand. I have tried the strawberry lemonade and the bomb pop one and love both. A little pricey but in my opinion it’s worth it for the high quality taste

Delicious And Convenient!
Love this! I use them while breast-feeding because they were coconut water-based, but I have continued to use them for hydration afterwards because they taste great and are very easy to take on the go. It’s much easier to throw one of these little packets in my lunch bag than it is a full bottle of body armor or Gatorade.
