A miracle worker on my RLS!
I literally feel like this product has saved my life. Or at least my mind. I have RLS and it has gotten so bad over the last couple of years that I thought I was losing my mind. I was desperate for sleep. I don’t know what made me click on this product. I frankly have no belief in any product sold as a medicinal/naturalistic/whatever product since I think almost everything is voodoo. But I was desperate and so I ordered a small bottle of it and by the second or third night it was like magic! I don’t know any other word to use. I use it almost every night now and sometimes I don’t have to use it at all. I spray it all over my feet and up to my knees just a couple of sprays covers a lot. And it works! I mean it it really works. It has been a lifesaver for me and I hope that if you try it that it works for you also.

Simply the best Therapeutic oil
Absolutely the best magnesium spray. Odorless, not greasy and easily absorbed into your skin. I rub it on my legs and feet nightly. Helps with relaxation and muscle aches. It’s in a glass bottle too!

Convenient Way to Supplement Magnesium, Helped with Sleep and Comfort
This magnesium oil spray is easy to use and comes in a nice glass bottle, which feels more premium compared to plastic packaging. The spray distributes well and absorbs fairly quickly into the skin.I purchased it for my husband, who has neuropathy in his feet, and he mentioned that it seems to improve sensation and also helps him sleep better when he remembers to use it consistently. It’s easy to apply before bedtime and fits well into a nightly routine.One thing to note is that, like many magnesium sprays, it may cause a slight tingling sensation on sensitive skin, but this is normal and usually fades after a short time. Overall, a convenient and easy way to add magnesium to your daily routine and potentially support better comfort and sleep.

25mg. of Magnesium per spray!
This WHLH & WELL-BEING brand Magnesium oil spray comes in a 4.04oz. glass bottle. It delivers approximately 25mg. of Magnesium per spray. I’m using this Magnesium oil spray primarily for foot cramps that I sometimes get during the night while I’m sleeping. I was previously using a Magnesium lotion, but I think that I prefer the spray, as it’s easier for me to apply. I keep the spray bottle by my bedside, so it’s available to grab and spray on my feet when needed. Spraying and massaging some Magnesium oil on my feet helps combat my cramping.I’m satisfied with the quality of this Magnesium oil spray. At around $4.45 per oz., it seems to be a bit overpriced, not the best value. I do prefer this spray over the lotion that I was previously using, but the price point of this spray is higher than what I’m willing to pay for something that I primarily use on my feet. It’s certainly an option worth considering, but I would recommend considering other options as well. More economical options are available on Amazon.

Works just as the ad says I am sleeping like a baby now where before would have sleepless nights or very hard time falling asleep now I rub the spray into my feet 10-15 minutes I am sound asleep an sleep threw the night love it
