Delicious and not too sweet. Can mix with any smoothie fruit and it’s scrumptious.
Tastes like dessert. No fake sugar, this is my favorite protein drink.

Flavor is Good
When you think of protein shakes you don’t normally think of creatine or probiotic but this one has it so its a bonus. I feel like it tastes like vanilla should, no issues there. I like the amount of protein you get and fiber. The carbs are low. This bottle lasts about two weeks if used daily. It does not come with a scoop which I don’t mind but I did have to find one in my kitchen this size. Overall, the flavor was good and it seems like it is packed with essentials and not junk.

Not gonna lie I was super hesitant on the protein powder and then tried it with milk and it was delicious! When I have time I will blend it with milk and ice, or just a little water and ice. Tastes the same and delicious.

I think it’s great! Have only had it a few days so can’t really comment on long term benefits yet but liking it so far. I purchased because of the clean ingredients, processing standards & the fact that it’s safe for pregnancy/BF. Has kept me full the handful of times I’ve had it. I’m only in my second trimester but plan to continue it through BF. As for comments on the taste- the vanilla is as expected but if you’ve never had pea or any other plant based protein powder, I can see where you might not like that flavor but that seems to be across the board on any plant protein I’ve tried so I was prepared for it. If you can get past that & know the benefits outweigh any unpleasantness (you can always mix it in an actual smoothie or something else if you really can’t get it down) I think it’s a great option.

Use A BLENDER PEOPLE…
Best protein powder I’ve ever had. Mixes well in a BLENDER. I can’t understand people that use a shaker then bitch it doesn’t blend well. If that’s your experience the next common sense thing to do is use a BLENDER.I’m a little concerned about the new bag and ingredients that people are writing about. I’ll have to research and see if things have really taken a turn for the worse. In the mean time, the ingredients on the hard container speak for themselves, and if you throw in a banana, almond milk, ice, oats, and some extra creatine…well you have a creamy delicious shake to enjoy.

Be forewarned !!! This new bag is NOT the same as the previous containers listed ingredients! Now I DONT KNOW if this is a formula change or if it was just never listed on the previous formulas ingredients! Cassava is now the SECOND listed ingredient. Which is known to be a highly contaminated plant as it absorbs a high amount of environmental pollution!! Giving you MORE than the recommended daily amount of lead!! I would NOT think this is safe for pregnancy and HIGHLY upset if this was just failed to be included in the previous packaging!
