Good workout
Easy to set up. It’s also not too heavy and easy to transport. It also folds up for storage. comes with all the tools needed including grease. It feels easy at first as the resistance isn’t high, but after some reps I started to feel the burn in my legs! It’s also not very loud at all, and quite stable. The instructions do mention to not let the pedals hit the bottom, and that takes some getting used to. Basically I have to stay more upright to not hit the bottom. If it were a bit taller, it wouldn’t be an issue though. For reference I’m 5’6”. It might be harder for taller folks or those with longer legs to not hit the bottom. Overall a good workout.

Compact, stable, and effective for lower-body + cardio
I’ve been using this vertical climber for a bit now, and honestly, it’s one of the best additions I’ve made to my home gym.First, the height adjustment is great: you can easily adjust the levels depending on whether you want a lighter cardio session or more intense sessions that really push your legs and get your heart rate up fast.It feels stable. I was expecting at least some wobble (most compact equipment has that issue), but this thing stays solid even when I pick up the pace. It’s also very space-efficient. I don’t have a huge workout area, and this folds up nicely without taking over the room.It mainly targets the quads and glutes, but after a few sessions, you’ll notice your hamstrings, calves, and core working hard too.

Good Quality Home Gym Device. Easy to Assemble, Easy to Use.
This is one of those products/machines that exemplifies the phrase ‘you get what you pay for’. By this I do not mean this is a bad, or even deficient piece of gym equipment. Only that the product description might be a bit more optimistic than you might experience. It is a good system, and for the cost it is a good value. It is not a high end piece of equipment. That said, a few points:> It goes together very simply. It comes almost fully assembled, a few bolts and your operational. Beware of the way it collapses, you might get a nasty pinch. The extended rod does not seem to lock, and a time or two the arm swung back when I wasn’t expecting it. When extended and being used it works fine.> It wasn’t very smooth at first and felt a bit sticky. It turns out the included grease is not optional—you’ll want to apply it to the sliders. (See photo for how I handled this.) Initially, I applied grease where the slider pole passed through the step, but it didn’t distribute well. Applying it directly to the pole solved the issue and noticeably improved performance> It’s more stable than you might expect at first. Part of the process is getting used to the mechanics and the feel of using the device. At least I had to spend a little time best way to flow/work with the device. Like riding a bike, once you get the motion down, it becomes much smoother. First impressions give way to a better understanding of how the device needs to be used.> t folds up nicely and is very portable, making it easy to move and store wherever you like.> I’m not sure what the LED display is measuring, and in any case, it’s not very useful during a workout since it’s poorly positioned. . In my opinion, it’s not important.> The materials are good, not cheap, strong and I think dependable. It is rated for 300#. This seems a reliable number.> Some of the claims made for the effectiveness of this stepper remain to be tested. I’ll attest that it did actually provide good resistance and cardio workout. Not sure if all the levels and claims, like level5=rock climbing, are true, or just good marketing. I did not sense a significant difference between the extension. I suppose we’ll find out!Once I got past the initial leanings I found that it was indeed a decent workout, akin to a stair step machine, but manual. For a relatively low cost, home gym device, this is a good buy.

Great practical piece of exercise equipment
So far so good. Super easy breezy to put together. You can play with the heights of the stepping that you want to do with either of the arm choices to imitate uphill walking a little jog or climbing using bigger steps. Does not seem to hurt my back or my knees yet which is what I wanted. I need to build leg strength for hiking and I feel like this will do the job. Also small footprint I have a tiny apartment and it’s not obtrusive.

Good littleMachine for the money
Are so good. Great exercise machine for a very little money. I thought it might be a bit unstable, but it’s not. The only issue I have is that the little LED timer is in the wrong place and difficult to read when you’re on the machine. They should’ve put it facing up so that when you are using the machine, you could look down and read the timer.

Great exercise
Awesome exercise, you can feel what muscles are you working on. It took me a couple of days to adapt to this exercise, but I was able to increase my workout time day by day. About the machine, is well constructed, feel secure and durable. The weight rating is up to 300lb.

Easy assembly – folds for storage – make sure everything is secure
Assembly was pretty easy. Took maybe 10 minutes tops. The unit folds relatively flat so it can be stored against a wall, which is great if you are right on space.Pay careful attention while you are building this equipment. A nut fell out of the box. I thought it fell out of the parts package, or was an extra. When I propped the unit up, and was about to test it out, I noticed the bolt on the back of the unit was loose, and missing the nut! This particular piece keeps the unit together, so if the volt would have fallen out, the unit would fall over. Luckily I discovered it and was able to put the nut back on.Other than that, the climber is fine. No real instructions on use, so you may have to search the internet for specifics.
