All of our fantastic color-coded bands are double-walled with one layer made of premium-quality 100% natural Malaysian latex to ensure that they do not dry-out, snap or stretch and the other made of extra-thick, high-grade silicone to ensure consistent resistance and even more strength!
Each one is individually labelled with their maximum resistance and equipped with large, heavy-duty carabiners for stacking multiple bands. Start light, work up and, when you need more resistance. you have it right there in the bag!

The BEST Resistance Bands you will ever buy!
I had a set of Thera-Bands that I had not used for a few months but when I used them again they broke and tore! They practically disintegrated. What a waste of money! I have a knee and hip injury so I was using Thera-Bands because they use them at physical therapy.I was not going to buy them again so I searched for something else and found the Tribe set. The Tribe set is EXCELLENT and even better than Thera-Bands because the resistance is very reliable. I like the Velcro strap that I put around my ankle when I do my exercises. I am using the 2nd to lightest weight and it is still giving good resistance. These bands are very well made and sturdy and I will be able to use them for a long time. I also plan to try them for other exercises, too, such as arm exercises. The set comes with a nice storage bag and an instruction booklet with exercises. The price is excellent, too. I like that the Tribe reps contacted me to see if I received the bands and if I was happy with my purchases. I definitely recommend these Tribe bands!

Great Fitness Product!
The Tribe 11PC Premium Resistance Bands Set is the perfect and simplest way to stay fit. It is low-impact, but a very cost-efficient and effective way to maintain or acquire a fit, toned physique. The kit contains 4 color-coded bands of various resistance, handles, a door anchor and leg straps. The four bands can be stacked up to 105 lbs. All this fits nicely into a small compact bag making it convenient to take along on vacation or business trips. There is a simple pamphlet included that explains the bands and includes a variety of resistance exercises to target specific muscle groups. The bands are sturdy and of high quality-giving you peace of mind from fear of breakage or injury when using these. The handles have foam on the grips and are comfortable and easy on the hands. The door anchor is simple but effective-but keep in mind this type of anchor should only be used on the inside door jam to prevent injury if the door should accidentally open. The leg straps are simple and secured with Velcro. The hardware is of good quality and securely attached to the bands. Resistance training is especially perfect for older folks who need an easy, low-impact way to stay toned and improve movement.Now, for the company. Tribe Fitness processed my order immediately and I received it very quickly. They are a family-run business so they are very serious about their products and customers satisfaction so they will go out of their way to ensure you are happy with your purchases and service. They will gladly help you with any issues you should have.I definitely recommend the Tribe Resistance bands for an easy, low-cost and effective work-out routine.

They are the best!
I love the bands. The quality of the product is great and you don’t have a horrible smell like so many other bands. The bag to keep them in is the perfectly sized, which really matters more than you’d think–I’ve bought resistance bands before and the bag was always too small and aggravating. I had to leave them laying around instead of putting them up and keeping things neat.The bands have different weight resistance, which I really enjoy. I started off with the least resistance and will work my way up. They are easy to use and you’ll be able to tell a difference. I’ve only used them three times and can really tell a difference. They make my muscles sore (a good sore) when lifting weights didn’t.I’m really loving the door-safe anchor. I can do lots of exercises by using this. The ankle straps are a huge plus, too. With the door-safe anchor, ankle straps, and two handles I can get a full body workout.The pamphlet does a fair job at explaining the exercises, but it is informative. If it’s not good enough to you, you can go on YouTube and get loads of ideas for using resistance bands or just play around with them and figure out what works best for you. The pamphlet also doesn’t really explain how to connect the door-safe anchor to the bands or the proper way to use it.My only problem with the bands is that it can be difficult to connect the door-safe anchor to the band if you use the latch on the end of the band. I have fibromyalgia and sometimes it’s very painful to my fingers, so what I like to do is slip the door-safe anchor over the band and not connect it at all with the latch. I then put the anchor in the middle of the band and put it in the door and that works perfectly. Maybe that’s the correct way to do it anyway, who knows.If you get these bands and use them on a regular basis you won’t be disappointed. I love mine!

Bands and seem sturdy and I expect they will last. I was surprised at how ‘light’ the resistance seems, but obviously by stretching them out more or adding more bands, there’s greater resistance. Overall a quality set!
