First, the quality, taste, blend, and choice of ingredients are excellent and perfect, been happily waiting for you all for years, thanks for making this blessing! I drink a pack first thing in the morning, using my small scissors to open and professional shaker to shake it well, with an ice cube, and the magic happens, no worries. 5+ Stars for this product! I first had this when one of my daughter in laws included it in the get-ready-bags for us girls. Tried it and immediately ordered some. Very fine powder, mixes easily with water.TASTE: Amazing. Crisp, clean. Both tart and very slightly sweet all at the same time. Tastes like a bright Spring morning, it’s sunshine in liquid form. Love it!BENEFITS: Noticeable!- EASES WATER RETENTION: For me, it’s slightly diuretic. Don’t drink this before a long drive or walking into a theater unless you’ll have an easy opportunity to find a bathroom to pee. I actually like the mild diuretic benefits – I tend to retain water very easily and drinking this daily keeps my water retention much less of an issue.- HYDRATION:. Absolutely hydrating. It’s been very hot and humid here and drinking this after a long fitness walk or working in the yard is game changer. Perfect for sports, amusement park days, pool days, post a night-out. Excellent to have on hand.- NON CAFFIENE PICK-ME-UP: No caffeine, but everything else in this gives me a little pick me up. Probably the hydration factor. Nice in the morning or late afternoon. Great start to my morning
Morning Routine dissolves well. I do use a beverage aerator and blender. I really like the refreshing taste. Not only does it help with hydration but it also settles my stomach and curbs my appetite. The only downside is that I am finding the 30 pack is a lot cheaper at Thrive.

Good,clean hydration
This is blended very well. Not too sweet and no aftertaste from the Stevie which was my concern. The hydration level as a jump start morning drink works well for me. I put it in a 16 Oz water. I did have to shake a couple of times to dissolve fully but no big deal. I use for hydration and to start out my stomach on a good turn and it is helping thru hydration. Going on a trip so was looking for something to replace my home made recipe. This is it. Clean, uncomplicated and effective. Going to buy the larger package now that I know this works

NUMBER ONE CHOICE!
So good! Tastes just like lemon lime Gatorade and dissolves with just the stir of a straw. Is not a strong overpowering fake tasting flavor like most electrolytes. Cannot taste the apple cider vinegar at all (I was worried about that part when ordering). I also love that it is a healthier option with not many additives.

Refreshing and Cleansing Performance Boost
The Bad:I dropped a star for 2 reasons: this could be a little easier it mix. It doesn’t just dissolve. It’s very fine and sometimes clumps.Also, the packet doesn’t tear open easily. I wish there was a tub of these. I would still want the packet option for travel. I tear through a combo of packets the mornings I’m on the road. I save this one for last so I can kind of build up to it.The Good:This has a tart lemony taste. The vinegar is apparent but not unpleasant. I would potentially order this while out for a light breakfast if I could.As a runner that travels for work, the convenience and quality make this well worth the price. Home or hotel room- this helps hydrate, reset, regulate.The Dream:I pair this with another popular powered supplement that comes in a dark green tub/pouch. I wish these two would just have a baby together.

I love this product and it has all the good things in it! Totally beat drink ACV on its own and the taste is not bad at all. I also feel regular and hydrated when I take it. I just wish it was a tad cheaper, but oh well. All in all I feel great and in control of my day when I have it.
