My blood sugar level is high and a recent blood test determined that I am pre-diabetic. I heard that I could lower my blood sugar level by simply doing some light up and down exercises after each meal, so I bought a full-sized stepper looks like this one but a bit longer. However, it was so big that I had trouble storing it and ended up not using it at all. This one is super compact, easy to store, and lightweight which makes doing my after meal exercise easier. I keep it under my computer desk and it does not get in the way. After meals, I do some light exercises while watching YouTube videos at my computer desk. When not in use, it is kept under my desk and used as a footrest. It’s very sturdy for the price and I’ve been using it for about a year without any damage. It’s narrower than the larger ones, so I think it’s actually stronger. The surface is non-slip, and the height is just right. If you want to adjust the height, there are special pieces sold separately to add height. Highly recommended.

Sturdy exercise step with small form factor for easy storage
This is a great exercise step that comes in a small form factor. It is wide enough that you can step two feet onto the platform but small enough to easily store. I store this under my coffee table and I pull it out to get some steps in when I watch TV.The step is designed with additional risers that you can add if you want extra height to the step. The risers store neatly inside the main platform, making storage of this step efficient.The risers stay on the platform pretty well – I have not had a problem with them falling out, however I don’t know if it would continue to stay very snug or secure if I removed and installed the risers all of the time.I would have preferred a more eco friendly step solution such as a wooden step, but I was unable to find any wooden solutions within my budget. This exercise step is a fairly reasonable price point.

This is a great stepper. Is a nice size to travel with and a good size overall. Only downside is you are not able to remove the riser to have it flush to the ground. If you do the step will flip over. Aside from that I like it.

Multiple applications
Confession: I bought this to use as a riser for people to stand on for photography. I’ve yet to be able to test this particular application.The toddler in the house assumed ownership and uses it at a bridge for his toy cars to drive under. He can assemble it with or without the risers, it’s THAT easy to do.I have a petite friend staying with us in a high bed. This step has been a lifesaver. I could customize it to the perfect height. It’s wide enough that it’s easy to find in the middle of the night. It’s super sturdy and stable.I highly recommend this step.

This little step is perfect for light exercise at home. It’s sturdy, level, and the heightening ‘feet’ nesting in the bottom make it easy to adjust, store, etc.Note that it has also been helpful when we needed the extra ‘lift’ to get an injured foot into the car. It worked perfectly.

Very sturdy and light weight
We bought fur home use after using this brand in physical tharapy facility. I’m over 200 pounds and this thing does not bend even though it is very light weight. I also like being able to raise and lower by removing leg sections like Legos.

Smaller Than They Used to Be
I used to do step aerobics at home over a decade ago and decided to get back into it. This platform is like a child’s toy compared to the one I had before. Judging by the other options out there it’s a pretty standard size these days. No one else seems to be complaining about the size though—probably because they have no idea how small they are now. There’s barely any room to actually step on it or to move around it unless you have have less than average sized feet and short legs. I have neither. Luckily I was able to find one about $20 more expensive but it’ll definitely be worth it for an additional 13 inches in the length and 4 inches on the width. Nothing is what it used to be, and I hate that for all of us.

Loved the stepper it is perfect for my exercise routine. The stepper is light weight making it easy to move. The extra legs to increase the height of the stepper are conveniently stored underneath. I would buy this stepper again

I’d like to give this a better review as it feels quite solid underfoot and I am over 200 pounds. The downside is that the supports just slot into the platform and tend to slip out of place in the hard plastic if you are stepping quickly on and off the top while exercising. I ended up getting rid of it after a few weeks as being unstable for heavy use.

Now, don’t get me wrong. After about a month it is not broken yet but once in a while I will hear a little crack sound and the surface sinks in a little. I checked for crack or damage but so far I haven’t seen any. If it is built a few mm thicker I think it will definitely be better. After a month use and so far it is working fine with everyday spending about 1.5 hrs on it.
