Don’t like it.
Was disappointed. I actually used the other magnesium product like this one but it isnt the same. I get horrible leg cramps and the other spray (in addition to lots of cal/mag supplements I take) would spray on and bam! Cramp would turn off but this spray doesn’t have whatever the other one had. It’s more oily and doesn’t have the same effect.

I’m enjoying this topical spray. It seems to have helped me sleep better by keeping my magnesium levels up. It’s easy to use and dries fairly quickly.

I’m not really sure how I feel about this 1. It’s a wet oil. When it dries it leaves a weird tacky feeling on your skin. I’ve sprayed it on during the day & once before I went to sleep. It left a white cast on my skin before, when I sprayed it on my leg. Maybe I sprayed too much, idk.
