Great for Walking and Light Jogging
I’m pretty satisfied with this treadmill overall. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is great for small apartments. It was easy to set up and ready to use right away. It works well for walking or light jogging. The noise level is reasonable and not too loud. Speed adjustments are smooth, and it feels stable while using it. It’s convenient to have something like this at home for daily exercise.Overall, it meets my needs for simple workouts and is worth the price.

Treadmill walking pad
What annoys me the most about myself is that I’m ADHD and I want to figure things out without reading instructions. Anyone else out there like me?I took it out of the box and immediately started unscrewing the leg pieces (I’m not sure what to call it?) and replacing it with the other ones thinking that not screwing it all the way in is what gives incline. I then tried to figure out how to put the handle up without looking. I finally looked at the simple instructions in that I had to put those screw legs? back into where they were and use the 4 ones that came separate to make incline and hold the bar up.Everything works great. I actually already have one of these but it’s meant for under my desk and doesn’t have the bar or the emergency turn off rope thing. The reason I didn’t get a second one of the one I have is because my mom now comes over and exercises with me. We switch between the walking pad and the elliptical. She’s older, so I wanted her to be able to have the emergency cut off thing. It became annoying to move the other one I have around from inside to outside. So now I can keep one inside by my desk and keep this one in our workout corner. The remote works great and I like that it has the little screen on top. My mom puts her phone on the little holder thing and watches her tv shows while she’s on it.It’s easy to assemble if you aren’t like me and I’m not sure how I didn’t figure it out without instructions. Neither of us have issues with walking on it and feeling like we are falling off or anything. One thing that might annoy people is that the incline is manual. That doesn’t bother us because we only walk on incline. The screen on the bottom is large so you’re able to see the numbers without issues. It’s light so easy to move around if you had to.I’ve included a video of when I first put it together. I apologize for my dog breathing in the video. He was wanting to play ball and was right by the camera! 🙂 you can see that I sped it up and at one point I was like OH. It was going fast enough that I was going to fall if I didn’t run. But you can see that I’m running on it without a problem. You have to go into this realizing that you aren’t on a $1400 treadmill. It’s not gym equipment but it does do what it needs to do. It’s a basic walking pad. We use it every day and haven’t had issues yet.

Great walking pad!
Very pleased with this walking pad! Very quiet and runs very smoothly. Perfect size, not overly big like a treadmill. Does come with a remote control as well, but we just use the attached monitor. Very easy to adjust the speed either by attached monitor, or by the remote. Also really like the large digital display readings down by the floor, but also shows on the attached monitor too. Shows the speed, calories burned, distance, and a timer. Absolutely perfect for my walking needs! Was nicely packaged, and was easy to assemble the few pieces that have to be put together. Felt like the instructions were a little difficult to understand, but just used common sense and assembled easily. To change the incline, you have to do that manually on each side. Wasn’t a problem, was easy to do, as we rarely change the incline. But still a nice option to have. Does have small wheels on the front should you need to move it. The only reason for not giving 5 stars, the height of the bar isn’t adjustable, so it seems a little low for me, I’m 5’7”. If you’re used to walking without holding on, then it might not matter to you. Overall, a great walking pad, and great value!
