Used a similar band in PT. I got the 1″ which is a perfect size for me. It is a very soft but sturdy, good quality non-elastic band at a very good price. I’ve been using it now for a few weeks and still looks brand new. Very pleased with my purchase.

PT strap for strength
I bought this so I can do my physical therapy exercises at home between my appointments. I just recently had knee surgery and I want to stay flexible. This helps move your limb to help with flexibility and strength after surgery. The strap is strong and will not tear easily. There are handles that you can get a good grip without the strap slipping from your grip. Well designed for all lengths or heights.

This is exactly the same type of strap I use at my physical therapist’s office. Works great for my PT exercises I have to do at home for my plantar fasciitis. I love that there are handles all up and down the strap. I am able to do a variety of exercises because of this, no problem. Very strong material used.
