Honestly this tasted really good. And I LOVE trip products. Especially the ginger magnesium drink. The only reason I have it 4 stars is because the ashwaganda did not sit well with me. So if you’re sensitive to that ingredient, just stick to the Trip drinks in the can that don’t have it.

No one really tells you that staying hydrated might be one of the most annoying parts of being an adult.You feel off even though you’re not sick, not hungover, just tired, a little foggy, and somehow running on half a glass of water you drank hours ago. This is the kind of product you reach for when you’re trying to be a functional human without turning hydration into a whole extra job.Using this is about as easy as it gets. You dump a packet into water, stir, and you’re done. No measuring, no weird texture, no instructions you have to double check. It dissolves cleanly, doesn’t leave grit behind, and is easy to toss into a bag, which honestly matters because anything inconvenient just won’t get used consistently in my house.From a quality standpoint, this feels thoughtfully made. The electrolyte blend makes sense for everyday hydration, and the peach yuzu flavor is light and clean, not artificial.
