Easy and great to use
It’s a great product. I bought this particular product due to the good reviews and the price point. It is well worth the money and does what it is supposed to do. It helps loosen the tightness in my muscles and allows me to walk better after using it. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The weight isn’t too heavy and it’s a good size to shove under a table when not in use. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs the extra help to move or get exercise while being sedentary for any reason.

Works very well. Almost silent can watch TV. Rubber grip on treadles works well. IR controller should be a RF controller. It is hard to lean forward to direct the IR to the machine.Had to smooth out the bottom of the unit as plastic had edges.YES I would buy again.

Great clearance, confusing interface
I just got this elliptical machine yesterday to start getting a bit more movement and calorie burn while I work from home. I started using it this morning under my desk while I work. Here is my assessment so far:- When in any of the settings, whether it’s automatic (P1-P3) or manual (HR), the pedals move themselves.- As other reviews have stated, the unit moves while you’re using it. I had to tape mine to the floor to keep it in place.- It would also be nice if the pedals themselves had grip to them. My feet slide all over the place on the plastic food pedals.- It is extremely difficult to see what is selected on the screen when it’s under the desk.- There is no resistance feature, only a few different speeds.- It’s confusing that Automatic is P1-P3 and Manual mode is HR. It could have been A1-A3 and MM (manual mode). Edited – after some more investigation of other models (available on Amazon), they also have the same confusing menu options so it’s not just this brand.- The machine isn’t overly noisy but there is definitely a constant sound from it being on. If you’re working while using this, depending on how sensitive your mic is, it may pick it up.- My desk is 25″ deep and a little less than 28″ tall. I am 5″10 and have pretty long legs and have plenty of clearance to use the machine while sitting comfortably in my chair.I purchased this elliptical because it had more reviews than other models and most were decent, minus the mention of it moving. Sometimes you don’t know what you’re looking for until you have something that isn’t quite right. For example, I wouldn’t have necessarily thought to look for mode names before purchasing a model. I’ll give this one a few more days and also see what else is available before making a deciesion on whether I keep or return this machine.Edit; Day 4:Machine is very creaky, adding to the noise. Remote needs to be pointed directly at the machine to work. Which means I usually need to back up to do it.Huge annoyance to me: the machine only works for 30 minutes at a time so every 30 minutes I have to turn it back on and to my desired setting.

Good Physical Therapy For Stiff Knees!
A friend recommended this for low-impact movement for a stiff knee and I am so thankful she did! There’s enough resistance and movement I can “feel” it later, but not enough to make me sore (so, no real “workout” unfortunately). Within a few weeks she had increased range of motion in not only knee but also hip, and could handle stairs better. I’ve used this two days and expect to see similar results.is it going to make you toned and drop pounds? Nope. Is it going to loosen up some tightness and minor joint issues so you could get active enough to do something in order to tone/lose weight? I believe it will!
