Worth It With Caveats
This is a nice unit to use for pedaling. One real nice feature is the size of the pedals. My feet are often swollen and difficult for me to life. I am able to get onto the pedals easy enough and my feet stay in place without and straps. It is also quiet and I have not put the silencer part on the pedals rails. The passive programmed methods are nice to have when I am feeling tired but still want to exercise.There are a couple of minor points – the workouts are limited to 30 minutes when using in the HR/P1/P2/P3 mode. I saw that in the manual, but otherwise missed it. So if you are looking for a longer workout you need to use it in manual/off. The power cord, like many products, is a bit short for use. Try it, but do not be surprised if you need a power strip to be able to get it in position.. The pedals did not quite fit correctly, so it was difficult to get two screws into the pedals.Bottom line – due to the size of the pedals, the ability to move with assistance on some days to exercise and the general noise level, this is a really nice unit. (Been using it about a week or so.)

Heled my knee replacement
I had total knee replacement and this along with my other exercises has helped my recovery. It’s easy to set up and use, light weight, and enjoyable. It has helped when my knee started hurting me. I just started using this and after a little while my pain decreased or even went away completely. I highly recommend it.

Works well, but NOT quiet!!!
I didn’t want to spend a fortune on something I wasn’t sure if I’d like, so I went with a “bargain priced” elliptical.The good:Easy to use. Plenty of speeds and functions to choose from. It has definitely helped my aching knee. It’s light enough to move around with relative ease. The remote works well and the build is decent.All that being said, the reason it gets 4 stars is that it’s definitely NOT quiet. If you turn the machine on and let it run without your feet on it, it’s almost silent. Once I place my feet on it (I’m only 135 lbs.) it creaks with each rotation, and the creak is not subtle. I just listen to music or do just about anything to distract me from the constant creaking.I figured if I exchanged it for another low priced elliptical I might run into similar and perhaps worse problems so I kept it and I’m learning to live with the noise.

Great excercise bike!
This is a great little elliptical bike. It’s the perfect size and easy to store. It comes with a non-slid mat that keeps the pedals for moving. I also love the fact that it has a easy to use remote control. This is made for anyone that wants to do light work to fast pace work. It seems to be well-made and very sturdy. It was a great price for what you get.

Great results
My husband has been having trouble walking because of pain and soreness in his calf muscles. He had double knee replacement several years ago but no problem with the knees just walking difficulty with the muscle pain.He has been using the VIVURN -018 for two weeks now three times a day for just 10 minutes and he can tell a difference in his legs pain wise and walking allready Thank you this is a good excerise machine

Excellent product. Easy to operate for seniors like me. I like the different levels of exercise. There is an automatic shut off and during the 30 minutes I used it the direction was reversed every 10 minutes. I swill use this product 2x a day especially in the winter when it is not safe to walk outside.
