This is so easy to use. I lack will power and initiative, but have done this 4 days in a row, and plan to do it every day. I am 100 years old, and need some kind of exercise. My doctor said, “Walk, walk, walk.” Today I did 20 minutes at 2.0 miles per hour. That is my planned long-term daily walk, after coffee and before breakfast. The LED readout is very convenient and easy to read at your feet. The readout cycles through speed, time in countdown or up. Distance walked in miles, and calories burned.The square bar you hold onto is just for stability. It’s not strong enough or intended to keep you from falling, but that’s ok. Amazon has foam tubes to be more comfortable to hold onto. When it comes, I plan to fasten sections on either side of the center mount with zip ties. I taped the remote control to the center mount where it is easy to turn the pad on and off, and adjust speed.For safety I suggest do not multitask like watch TV. Focus on the position of your feet and the convenient readout down there. People fall off these things. Specially if you are elderly you do not want to fall. If you hit your head, it can be lights out. My son-in-law says his feet have hit the sides when he jogs on his treadmill. That could cause a bad fall. By watching your feet, and being smart with your speed setting it is not a problem. It starts and stops gradually, not abruptly.Today July 10, 2025, the Prime price is a very attractive $129.99. I am not receiving anything for my favorable comments.

Easy and affordable
Good walking pad. Not for heavy and fast walking all the time. About 30 minutes into walking on a higher speed the treadmill pad does get warm.

It does what it meant to do
I am very satisfied with this walking machine. For the price, it works as intended. I really do my walking which is what I need with no hesitation. I have just besides me in my office and crank my desktop up (electrical) and walk while check all my emails and morning stuff.About noise, you have to fine tune the adjustment belt screws a bit but it is not loud at all, just the belt doing the job. It comes already installed, you just need to add the support for your hands so you may be walking 5 minutes after unboxing the thing. I can drop it below my sofa and moving from point a to point b is really easy and lightweight.This is a walking machine, not a runner. Take that in mind if you are looking for fat burning and extreme exercise, you better consider a more robust item.

its small and front does not fold down for storage under bed
made for small people with short walking stride. my shoes keep getting caught under the side plastic and rubbing the sides of this while walking, could be dangerous or cut a foot if barefooted by chance. Must stay in a exact perfect position on it or the side plastic parts will grab you. front bar does not fold down is a fixed unit and not convenient to slide under anything that way.
