Disappointing Experience – Major Electrical Issues
I think it’s safe to say I am one of the unluckiest customers to receive this item. I was really looking forward to adding this walking pad to my home, but it has been a nightmare from the moment I plugged it in.The Issues• Mechanical Failure: After carefully reading the manual, I turned the machine on for the first time. It immediately made a horrific loud noise, the sound of cranking gears, and then abruptly stopped. An “Er 6” message appeared on the screen.• Electrical Instability: I tried it again, hoping it was just a temporary hiccup. While the mechanical noise subsided, a much scarier problem started. Every time I turned the machine on, the entire electricity in my home started to flicker and shut off/on again. It was like the machine was “thirsty” for power and was overloading my home’s circuits instantly.Because of these safety concerns and the immediate mechanical failure, I couldn’t trust a replacement. I was originally going to swap it for another unit, but after seeing how it affected my home’s power, I decided to refund the item instead.Pros: Looks nice in the pictures.Cons: Loud gear grinding, error codes on first use, and caused major electrical surges in my house.I would not recommend this based on my experience.

I am 173 cm tall and weigh 63 kg. I usually walk with wide strides. This treadmill suits me 100%. The length of the walking belt is 103 cm👍Be sure to read the instructions carefully (don’t forget to apply lubricant first). I set it up very quickly and without any issues. It works great, with no unusual noises. You can adjust the belt to the left or right (again, follow the instructions), which won’t take much time. I recommend it!

Arrived last night and worked fine. Went to use it this morning and it was working for about 15 mins until I went to pause it and this error popped up. The manual says to examine the speed sensor but I have no idea where that is
